This Luxury oceanfront home sleeps 6 comfortably. The Master bedroom with a king bed has ocean/beach views! The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. There are 2.5 bathrooms- Master bathroom has a beautiful stand up shower, second bathroom is a tub shower combination and the half bath is located near the laundry room on the other end of the home.

This level property sits on a high bluff, with incredible views of Parksville Bay, a view of the mainland (Vancouver) mountains.
20 min, walking distance to downtown Parksville. 10 min drive to Qualicum, 45 minutes to Nanaimo Airport and 45 min to Comox Airport. 40 minutes to Nanaimo Ferry and 2 hour Drive to Victoria BC (capital of BC)

The area offers local farm to table restaurants, rodeos in Coombs along with the popular Coombs market Goats on the Roof.
If your an outdoors person there is unlimited activities from Golf, hiking, mountain biking, road riding, kite surfing, kayaking, stand up paddling. Or just sit in this beautiful living room and enjoy all the ocean and mountain views right from the couch!

Parksville Paradise

From the deer grazing in the front yard to the spectacular water and mountain views off the back deck, this beautiful home offered us the perfect spot for a safe, relaxing and comfortable girlfriends get away. This spot is close driving distance to markets, restaurants and many beaches. Vancouver Island is a beautiful place to explore and we hope to definitely come back to this place another day.

Amazing View!

This property is absolutely amazing and the view even more so! The house is beautiful, super clean and well cared for. The beds were great and the kitchen was fun to cook in with the view right through the doors. We spent the majority of our time on the huge deck, reading, staring at the water & beach and spending time with family friends. We thought that this is what heaven must look like. We will definitely be back!

Such an amazing home!!

My family and I were truly blessed to have been able to spend our Christmas/New Year holiday at Cheri and Dan’s. The house and location far exceeded my expectations. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more!! We unfortunately were snowed in for about 10 of our vacation days but the comforts of the house made it very enjoyable, the warm fireplace, ping pong table, and games were a hit! Cheri and Dan are super hosts and maintained very good communication throughout the process. I absolutely recommend this vacation home and look forward to another stay in the future.

Lovely ocean-view home

Perfect home for a family of 6. This tastefully updated home had a well equipped kitchen, spacious living space and large deck overlooking the Parksville beach. We enjoyed morning excursions down the stairs at the back of the property, to the beach for low-tide walks along the shore. We'd stay here again for sure
