It contains a queen and single bed, has an ensuite bathroom, a well equipped kitchenette, independent access, a private patio with outdoor furniture and a great BBQ surrounded by a lovely, peaceful garden.
A separate bedroom with two single beds is available with the studio if you are traveling with family or friends, all situated on the ground floor of the house.
The 'Garden Suite' has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, small sitting/dining room and independent access.
This can be booked separately and is a good option with the Avalanche Studio if you are traveling as two couples.

Trish and Davy live on the top floor of the house and are happy to help you plan activities during your stay.
We also have a small very friendly dog, Poppy, and an adventurous cat, Tiggy. If you don't like pets this isn't the place to stay!

On the edge of town, it's a lovely quiet location with a beautiful view.
We loved the house and back yard, and found the location to be very handy. Everything we needed was there, plus more! We would definitely book again!
Great accommodation, very comfortable and warm setting. Amazing views and thoughtful homely touches such as fresh muffins every day, home-made muesli and biscuits. Very friendly and welcoming hosts who made our stay very memorable; we especially appreciated local tips on what to do when we were in Wanaka, and a special trike ride.
The property was very clean, loved the chocolate muffins. Breakfast was Great. And the view - Beautiful. Strongly recommend A +++++
