Awaken each morning to the sounds of the ocean, and fantastic views from either of our two oceanfront balconies. See the schools of porpoises right off the beach from either of these two balconies. We chose this gorgeous unit because of the popular floor plan and gorgeous views looking down the beach and the largest pool at Sea Watch. The unit has now been professionally decorated and is truly a gorgeous unit and upscale unit. The unit is located in the highly desirable North Tower which has all of the amenities. These amenities include the Captain's Cove ocean front restaurant, pool side tiki-bar, pool side DJ twice a week during the spring and summer seasons, concierge, game room, fitness center, ice cream /coffee shop in season, and the larger of all of the pools. This large pool gets full sun the entire day. The pools in the South Tower are also very nice but are half covered by shade by early afternoon. Certainly as a guest at Sea Watch, you are free to use any of the pools.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with it's own full bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and private access to the 2nd full bath, and the third bedroom has two full size beds.

All beds have new mattresses.

The kitchen has been completed renovated with granite counter tops, an under mount sink, new refrigerator and flat top stove and pendalant lighting over the kitchen bar. We have also installed a new washer and dryer in the unit.

The living room has all new furniture with a queen size pull out sofa with extra padding and custom draperies,, a new ceramic flooring in the living area, and a new 55 inch wall mounted TV. There is also new dining room furniture with kitchen bar stools to match and new lighting. It is truly a gorgeous unit as the many guest reviews state !

Great place to call home for a while!!!!

Nice to know the place is very clean and well decorated with a beautiful view and a well equipped kitchen. The complex had 3 pools down for maintenance, but we were never crowded or in need of a pool. Enjoyed Turtle Races, Bingo and S'mores. Been here several years and look forward to many more with our kids and grand kids.

Hurricane Matthew did some significant damage to the Resort and took about six weeks to get the Resort back to normal once spring arrived. The good news is that the entire Resort is back to normal. The Best room in 14 years!!

Beautiful unit with amazing views of the beach!

Gorgeous, upscale, and amazing views is the perfect description of this unit at Seawatch! First of all, Seawatch is located in a great location right off Hwy 22 and right down the street from Tanger Outlets which was very convenient if you like to shop! When we arrived, parking was a breeze and there were elevators located on each parking level. Luggage racks were available, but before we loaded one up, we decided to go straight to the unit to check it out. The minute we walked in, we knew we made the right choice. The unit was decorated beautifully, and our party of 8 had plenty of space to spread out. The beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were just the right size to accommodate our needs. I enjoy cooking, and was very impressed with how well the kitchen was equipped with all the pans, cooking utensils, etc...needed to make our meals. But let me tell you about the views...WOW!! The views of the beach were spectacular, and we also had a front and center view of the awesome pool and the whole resort. Great for people watching! We also really enjoyed all of the amenities the resort had to offer. The owner, Ken, was great throughout the entire booking process and was very responsive to any questions we had. He also checked in with us after we arrived to make sure all was good and sent us a text the day we left thanking us for our stay. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was working with him. Would we book again? ABSOLUTELY, can't wait!!

Condo has everything needed for memorable vacation

I absolutely loved this condo.It is so bright and cheery with all the windows and doors providing great views of the beach from inside as well as from the spacious balconies. I love to "people" watch as well and overlooking the pool provided great entertainment watching the DJ 's limbo contest, chicken race, the resort's karaoke contest, the water aerobics, bingo, the singers etc. The resort had numerous activities for the grandkids which kept them off their electronics. Loved having restaurants and the tiki bar on site when we just didn't feel like going out. The condo was well equipped and very close to the grocery and beach shops. Will be back in the future!

Beautiful Condo in a great location!

This is a lovely, comfortable condo in a PRIME location. Steps from the beach, with a gorgeous view. 10 minutes from Broadway at the Beach and tons of great restaurants and a HUGE pool downstairs for those that don't like the sand. Ken is very responsive and we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Tax Rate 12.0%

Note: 12% SC taxes are added to the rate by Home Away, and a $200.00 "REFUNDABLE" security deposit is required paid directly to the owner also with 45-60 days of your arrival date. The balance is due no later "45 days" before your arrival date. The refundable security deposit is refunded back to you a day or two after your departure. The rate includes departure cleaning, professionally laundered linens, towels for 8-10 guest, telephone and internet. Within a few days of receipt of your deposit, I will email you our standard rental agreement. This will show your deposit/monies received, dates of stay, etc. It will also ask a few questions of you such as the number of parking passes and pool tags that you will require as well as a four digit personal code or pin of your choice for the front door. Please include your telephone number or call me for required information upon booking !
Cancellation Policy: 60 days from "date of booking" you will receive a 100% refund minus a $50.00 processing fee..
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this unit. The renter must be present in the unit the entire stay.
Rates are subject to change at any time.

Smoking or pets is strictly prohibited !

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
