Awaken each morning to the sounds of the ocean, and fantastic views from either of our two oceanfront balconies. See the schools of porpoises right off the beach from either of these two balconies. We chose this gorgeous unit because of the popular floor plan and gorgeous views looking down the beach and the large pool at Sea Watch. The unit has now been professionaly decorated and is truly a gorgeous unit and upscale unit. The unit is located in the highly desirable North Tower which has all of the amenities. These amenities include the Captain's Cove ocean front restaurant, pool side tiki-bar, pool side DJ twice a week during the spring and summer seasons, concierge, game room, fitness center, ice cream /coffee shop in season, and the larger of all of the pools. This large pool gets full sun the entire day. The pools in the South Tower are also very nice but are half covered by shade by early afternoon. Certainly as a guest at Sea Watch, you are free to use any of the pools.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with it's own full bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and private access to the 2nd full bath, and the third bedroom has two full size beds.

All bed have new mattresses.

The kitchen has been completed renovated with granite counter tops, an undermount sink, new refrigerator and flat top stove and pendalant lighting over the kitchen bar. We have also installed a new washer and dryer in the unit.

The living room has all new furniture with a queen size pull out sofa with extra padding and custom draperies,, a new ceramic flooring in the living area, and a new 55 inch wall mounted TV. There is also new dining room furniture with kitchen bar stools to match and new lighting. It is truly a gorgeous unit as the many guest reviews state !

We love coming back!

This is our third time renting staying at this wonderful condo and renting from Ken. This unit meets all our needs, the kitchen is fully equipped, the furniture and beds are comfortable, there is a generous amount of towels/linens. The view of the ocean is spectacular! Ken is very accommodating and always wants us to have the best stay ever. We have already booked our week for next year!

Great place to stay!

We came for a week starting Christmas Day.

The room is very nicely decorated. It was very peaceful here without a lot of noise. The kids enjoyed the pools and we had good weather most of the week.

The room had wonderful views and I loved the the keurig coffee maker!

All I had to do was bring the pods!

Thanks again for a great break from reality!

Family Vacation 2016

We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. From the moment we arrived & saw the pictures of the condo did NOT do it justice, we loved every minute of it. All 8 of us had plenty of room & comfortable beds, even the pull out sofa was great. Thank you for thinking of "everything" to make our stay easier, especially all beach chairs/toys. We love Myrtle Beach & all the seashells that are all over the beach to collect. This is truly a wonderful condo & owner to rent from. We will be back ASAP, THANKS Again Ken!

Wonderful!

Ken was great to work with. We loved the location of the condo--close to restaurants, stores, golf, etc. The condo has a great floor plan for families--we had 4 adults and 4 kids--plenty of room for everyone! The kids loved all of the activities that the complex had to offer. We have already booked for next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Watch. The condo is gorgeous. Ken is hands down the best to work with. He is so attentive to any needs or concerns as well as being a great guy! Perfect!

The owner has thought of everything you will need in this lovely condo. The balconies offer great views and the pools and hot tubs are maintained and cleaned daily. We stayed in the condo with our adult children and grandchild and there is plenty of room for everyone! The owner was kind enough to provide a pack and play and a high chair for the 5 month old baby that was with us. There was great communication with the owner before and after the trip, he is very professional and accommodating. The grown up "kids" that went with us are already asking when we go back next year can we get the same condo?

I have nothing but terrific things to say about this property and the memories we made there! Also, sometimes pictures of properties look better than reality, that is not the case here, the condo is just as pretty as the pictures if not better!

Tax Rate 11.0%

Note: 11% SC taxes are added to the rate by Home Away, and a $200.00 "REFUNDABLE" security deposit is required paid directly to the owner also with 45-60 days of your arrival date. The balance is due no later "45 days" before your arrival date. The refundable security deposit is refunded back to you a day or two after your departure. The rate includes departure cleaning, professionally laundered linens, towels for 8-10 guest, telephone and internet. Within a few days of receipt of your deposit, I will email you our standard rental agreement. This will show your deposit/monies received, dates of stay, etc. It will also ask a few questions of you such as the number of parking passes and pool tags that you will require as well as a four digit personal code or pin of your choice for the front door. Please include your telephone number or call me for required information upon booking !
Cancellation Policy: 60 days from "date of booking" you will receive a 100% refund minus a $50.00 processing fee..
You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this unit. The renter must be present in the unit the entire stay.
