Property is located a short walk from the center which makes it quiet and peaceful.

Property is located a short walk from the center which makes it quiet and peaceful. Great views of the sea, a lot of birds singing in the morning in the garden. We've enjoyed it very much. Akaroa itself is a charming city worth visiting. We did kayaking and swimming with dolphins which both I would strongly recommend and consider one of my best wild sea life experiences. We'll be back for sure!

Great to sit out on the deck in the sun shine looking out over the ocean. Was even lucky enough to see Dolphins swim by. Loads of Bird life around the house to keep you entertained too. House was very cosy and in a nice strolling distance into town.

Lovely quiet part of Akaroa, birdsong the only (lovely) noise ! Easy access for older Mum, only half a dozen stairs inside, and they have good hand rail. Everything you could possibly need, just very relaxing and lovely, and the most fabulous view across the harbour.

Great place to stay, would definitely stay there again. Peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed watching the flock of quails in the garden and playing on the pebble beach with out little boy. Thanks.

Very beautiful and quiet location with views across the harbour. Nicely sheltered from Southerly weather. So enjoyable to wake to the call of the bellbird and Tui. Cottage has everything you need for a very enjoyable stay. Look forward to coming back in the future.

Location fab - house good, everything you need - after stripping the beds/pillows at the end of our stay, may we suggest new pillows!

Coffee and tea replenishment would be handy too.

Thank you tho - we would certainly recommend to friends and family.
