This property enjoys all-day sunshine, the warmth of a super-insulated, solar-passive home with views across the city suburbs to the Western Ranges of Tasman Bay, and the beautiful Miyazu Gardens to the North.

At 72m2 the home offers open plan living-dining-kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and electric stove-top and oven. This area is complemented by a walk in storage and laundry area with quality Asko front-loading washing machine. In the living area you?ll find 2 comfortable two-seater couches, dining table for 4 + baby. Music, reading and the internet are your main forms of entertainment here with a quality Technics amplifier, CD/DVD player with iPod connector, an extensive book collection for you to enjoy and high-speed Wifi throughout the house.

The hallway leads you to the Master bedroom with Queen size bed first, then the twin 2nd bedroom (equipped with toys for those with little ones) and the beautiful tiled bathroom.

Outside, the property is situated on a large elevated grassy section fringed by landscaping and native trees ? frequently visited by abundant birdlife such as tui and bellbird. A concrete driveway with parking sufficient for several vehicles + boat leads you up to the home. There is a small outdoor BBQ area and a playhouse at the rear of the property amidst the trees.

This property is a wonderful base for those wishing to explore the city on foot or bike! Many of the city?s best day-walking trails, Founders Heritage Park and Founders Brewery Cafe, Miyazu Gardens, the Nelson Cycle Way and the city centre are all within easy walking distance.
