Absolutely loved my stay here! Such an awesome view of Akaroa, can see the whole town from the quiet secluded batch! Sunny days, lots of heaters so warm at night! Quirky original kiwi batch would 100% recommend and will stay again :) thank you

This bach has a spectacular view from the spacious lounge and deck.

  • 3 of 5

This bach has a spectacular view from the spacious lounge and deck. The bush setting and bird life are very pleasant (bellbirds, wood pigeons etc). The bach was warm and had everything we needed except a laundry. These positives helped make up for the maintenance issues (leaking guttering meant a wet dash to the bathroom, shower pressure low and some doors very hard to open). But overall a very enjoyable stay.

Te locations is fantastic.

Te locations is fantastic. Great view of Akaroa harbour and only 15 minutes walk down a gravel drive to reach the town. The Bach has the feel of leaving civilisation for a short while.
