Fully rebuilt in 2008 this classic bungalow boasts unrestricted views of Pah beach and out to Tryphena harbour, often with spectacular sunsets. The living area is open plan with superb indoor/outdoor flow onto expansive decks. The house offers a cook's kitchen, quality fittings and fixtures and double glazing throughout. Across the road are the popular Wild Rose Cafe, Currach Irish pub and Stonewall Store. The beach is very safe and if you're lucky you will see dolphins swimming close to shore. The bungalow is situated 4.5km from the ferry wharf at Tryphena and approximately 8km from the main airfield at Claris.

The property is fully fenced for additional safety and privacy.

Special conditions:

Smoking outside only please.

Primary renter must be 25 years plus.

Extras: Linen (included); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave;

The house was excellent, with awesome water views and entertaining areas. There are decks on both sides of the house, so can always find shelter for BBQs. I Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit GBI. The house was very close to the shops and local pub which served great food.

The house is incredible. Modern, clean, functional. Location next to the beach, the store, the pub - made a two-week TV shoot a breeze. I cannot recommend Brent or the house more highly! Thanks for a truly amazing stay Skinny! :)

This is our second visit and we absolutely love this well equipped, well appointed property. The view is amazing and we love the location with a safe swimming beach across the road, 10 mins drive over the hill to Medlands for surf and the mermaid pool and the convenience of a shop, cafe and pub across the road from the property. We will be back again!
