Over all we had an amazing time. The kids absolutely loved it. It was clean but the covers did seem to have a smell to them. It was a good thing we took our own blankets. But I can definitely say that we will be going again.

Our Little Tipi Stay

  • 3 of 5

Rating Details:

The property manager was adequately helpful.

The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.

I was happy with the location.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:

It was different. We like the Tipi, The only few things I didn't like was the fact that the beds didn't have clean blankets on them. They need washing had leaves and grass on the insides. And If we have to wash our own dishes we need dish soap for that. Our AC took all of 1 day to cool but the lady was so nice and brought us a fan.The rooms smell old & musty.

Don't stay here

  • 1 of 5

Rating Details:

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.

The vacation rental was clean.

I was happy with the location.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:

Not fun. Big hassle to figure out how to get into the room without an app (not everyone is techno!) Room was highly over-sprayed with chemicals to cover up a musty odor. The walk to the river is LONG and difficult. The pics make it look like the river is right there but you have to walk a long way to get to it and it is not easily accessible as the incline is very steep at one of the access points. This was a lot of money for a little return.
