Amazing 2 Story property with windows that face the intra-coastal waterway.
Dining area and living area including day bed with additional trundle bed. Expansive views east over the docks and water. It has a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Laundry room with front loading washer and dryer.
First level has a bedroom with ensuite bath, featuring King Bed.
The Second level features a cathedral ceiling with over 6 windows facing the water. There is a divied room with queen bed on one side and TV room on other side, which includes trundle style daybed. Also there is full bath with granite counter tops, twin sinks, separate jacuzzi tub and shower and bidet. There is also a walk-in closet
Additional loft space accessible via spiral staircase leads to a 3rd sleeping area with a queen bed.
This particular unit is not connected to any other units in this building and is adjacent to the internet lounge which features wireless high speed access.
HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.

This is the perfect family vacation rental. It has loads of sleeping spaces for a large family and would also work well for a two-family group.

Master Bedroom is on lower floor of this two floor unit with an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. King size bed. Flat screen TV.
Second bedroom is an open space bedroom with solid wall partiction, next to the family room. This room is perfect for a second couple or for the kids. King size bed.
Third bedroom is a loft with one open wall that shares the views toward the harbor. Accessible by a spiral staircase, this bedroom has a queen size bed.
Kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, side by side fridge, dishwasher, built-in microwave, cookware, and loads of cabinetry for storage.
Dining room is adjacent to the kitchen with seating room for 6 to 8 guests.
Den area extends off of kitchen/dining space and features a large flat screen TV.
Additional sleeping: There is an additional trundle day bed on each floor, each bed accommodating two, for a total of four extra sleeping spaces. One trundle bed sits near the ktichen/dining room and the other is in the upstairs living room.
Laundry room is just off the kitchen with a front loading washer and dryer.
Living room area has a large flat screen TV, cozy trundle day bed, and additional seating on beach bean bag chairs. The bathroom off of the living room has a large garden tub, walk in shower, and a lavatory that includes a bidet.
General Unit Amenities - Zoned, Central Heat and Cooling. Tile flooring throughout.

Another wonder family vacation at Dockside. This unit is so large we can all fit and have our own space. Wonderful views, particularly in the morning as the sun rises. Great poolside time and a short walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby but we also cooked a few meals in the condo. No complaints except we wished we could stay longer.
Great location ! beach is not too far from the room . Fishing off the dock was fun too .
Dockside 200 has an amazing view. We receive great reviews on Dolphin sightings right of your balcony area.
It is great location to the beach and all the great restaurants and shops.

This was a great place to stay and it was located in a great spot. A lot of room, we had 9 people and we were very comfortable. A few things it tends to get a hot and could use some more box fans. Also a mirror in the loft to get ready up there if you are staying up there. If you are looking for a pool this one is very small and shared with the hotel next door. also could use some updated tvs. The view is beautiful and walking distance to downtown restaurants and beach. On the harbor and seen dolphins almost everyday swimming. Very clean and nice place. We will stay here again

The property was beautiful and roomy- perfect for our two families.
We loved our stay at Dockside 200- the condo was nice and roomy- beds were very comfortable. We had a perfect week in Clearwater- just a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!!
Family vacation for the Reedy's and Wilson's.
The condo was great. Great location, close to everything. Our kids and grandkids had a great time. We only wished that all of the bedroom's had doors. The loft gets hot no matter how low you set the air conditioning or even if all the ceiling fans are running.
The bedroom door is a slider, we hope that wasn't confusing. The loft does not have a door, however. We can understand how the loft might get warmer than the other areas, since it is near the top. We haven't heard that before so I'll send this over to our team to see if they have any ideas. Thank you for your review! This unit has several levels and is great for a group or even two small families.
Great place. Very roomy and close to every thing. Walking distance to anything you want to do.
