Ideally situated along the El Cortecito strip in the heart of Punta Cana (Bavaro), within short walking distance to everything; Restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, bars, pharmacy, cash exchange, ATM, casino’s, gym and spa. Within a 5 minute drive to the Palma Real Shopping Village. 10 golf courses within a 5 to 30 minute drive.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• 50% deposit required to confirm booking - Air 100%

• 100% required 30 days prior to arrival.

• Payment with Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Discover - through our secure website.

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM AIRPORT:

• If you need transportation to your rental property, we can send a trusted driver with a van to pick you up.

• The rate is US $35 one way for 4 passengers. There is room for up to 6 passengers with suitcases per taxi. US$5 extra per passenger.

• You pay the driver directly and keep his number for future transportation needs during your stay.

ELECTRICITY IS EXTRA AND BASED ON CONSUMPTION:

• The Dominican Republic is a developing country and it has it's challenges in regards to cost effective electricity distribution. Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity charges during their stay.

• We collect an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL. It is just a DEPOSIT, real consumption calculated at the end of your stay and deducted from the CASH DEPOSIT PAID UPON ARRIVAL. See deposit requirements below.

• Normal consumption is $5-10 per day for a 1 & 2 bedroom, $10-$15 per day for a 3 & 4 bedroom and $25-$30 for Villas in Cocotal Golf.

RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS: We require an ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT (CASH ONLY-UPON ARRIVAL) of US$20 PER NIGHT for 1 & 2 BDR's CONDOS, US$30 PER NIGHT for 3 & 4 BDR's CONDOS and US$50 PER NIGHT for VILLAS in COCOTAL GOLF.

The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check out. The meter can be self monitored daily. You will be charged at the current rate and deducted from the cash deposit. The difference will be returned to you on the day of departure.

Was here for a week, location was great. The condo itself is really out dated everything was old,bathrooms wouldn't flush, all the cooking supplies are old & rusty.worst part of all the big comforter had small blood stains in them ( yikes) aside of this , condo was clean, so was the resort nice ocean view, beach has to many panhandle or sales people you can't even relax. Would not stay here again, or recommend it.

The location of Playa Turquesa is excellent. There are small supermarkets, restaurants, gym, French bakery, currency exchange, pharmacy just a few yards outside the complex. No car is required, the local bus stops out front. The location of this unit within the complex is also excellent. The view of the beach is good and the ocean breezes are lovely. The rental agent, Go Punta Cana Real Estate is similarly excellent. Those are the plusses. The minuses are that the unit itself is becoming very dated and some upgrades are needed. Specifically, the bed is of poor quality and it is old and not very comfortable. The refrigerator is rusty, inefficient, and the gaskets no longer provide an adequate seal. The bed linens are similarly old and do not properly fit the bed. We rented this unit in January 2016 for 6 weeks and again for 7 weeks ending March 2017. We will rent again in 2018 because of its location and the excellence of the rental agency in terms of ease of rental and promptness when a problem occurs.

Very convenient, 2 groceries and restaurants 2 minute walk. Nice beach with chairs. The unit was very clean, nice balcony to sit with cushioned long chairs, 2 bathrooms which I liked as I was with my daughter. The only problem is when they move the furnitures, very noisy during the night or early morning. Also, Carla was already there when we arrived and she was very friendly.

Triple A all the way!!

This condo was 100% as pictured and spotless. Everything worked perfectly. Carla, the on site person who handled our check in and check out spoke perfect English and could not have been nicer or more efficient. Pick up (which we arranged with Playa Turquese) at the airport went very smoothly and we were at the complex in an easy 20 minute ride. The property is extremely well maintained and well guarded. The beach was superb with fine white sand that somehow never felt hot. Within a thirty second walk from the reception area was a very well stocked mini market and within a one minute walk their were 4 or 5 places to eat, all at VERY reasonable prices. Can't wait to go back.

We have rented numerous condos within Turquesa over the years and we were again very happy with our rental. The only negative for this particular apartment would be that it could definitely do with some updating. The positive was that because we were so close to the beach we did not have to use the A/C during our stay, also having the supermarket and restaurants all close at hand was again fabulous. We would definitely recommend Citrus, Nam Nam's, Balicana and D'Agelo's for dining, excellent food and great prices. The French patisserie was perfect for breakfast and grabbing a sandwich for the beach.
