My wife and I booked a trip to visit our old home area and brought our kids along (8 and 16 yrs). The moment everyone walked in, they all loved it. For suburbanites, the urban loft feel was a treat for us. The unit is very comfortable and spacious enough for all of us. The kids slept downstairs while we took the upper loft bedroom. The spaces were all appropriately sized and well stocked. Coffee was provided as well as some personal care items for our use.

Ginger will meet you and show you the where and hows to getting to the unit etc. You can not access initially without her and the building is very secure, although there is no feel for the need for "security".

We were looking for a central place to use as home base and Ginger's unit could not have been in a more perfect spot. Minutes from SJ airport and central enough for our trips to Morgan Hill and SF for the day. We did not do much exploring of the shops. They are of a more trendy, high end eating/shopping, but the complex makes for nice walking around at night. We spent 4th of July there and the parking deck was perfect to see all the fireworks from around the South Bay..........a very cool way to enjoy the 4th.

We would definitely stay again, and as vacation rental owners ourselves, learned a couple of little things from Ginger's property to use in our dealings.

Wedding Weekend

We loved staying in the heart of Santana Row. Shops, restaurants, services were all within steps. Private garage parking is included plus there is plenty of extra space in the lot. The loft is clean, spacious with a well appointed kitchen. The quality beds were comfortable with the softest sheets. This is a loft condo with two partial wall bedrooms. The stairs are steep and the only shower is located in the upstairs bathroom. The layout worked fine for our family since we wanted the opportunity to visit in comfort. So much better than a hotel experience. We appreciated Ginger's attention to detail and would book again. Thanks!

Excellent property and great Hosts

Thank you so much for another wonderful stay. My mom and I had a great visit at your loft in Santana Row. We enjoyed the nearby Bay Club gym, the convenient grocery store and mall across the street and of course the the dining & shops in Santana Row. Thank you for meeting us with the key and showing us around the property. Your hospitality is top notch and appreciate all the amenities you provided to make it a easy and fun stay. So grateful to have the opportunity to stay somewhere safe, convenient, and have that home away from home feeling. Until next time, take care have wonderful holiday season.

Refreshing and great location!

What an incredible loft for a weekend get-away! Santana Row was a perfect shopping location with fun restaurants and great energy. Ginger was a wonderful help and got us settled into the apartment the night of our arrival. Whenever we're in the Bay area, we'll definitely stay here again.

Modern Chic on Santana Row

Fantastic stay! The condo is modern, clean and central, steps from all the amenities Santana Row has to offer. Endless possibilities! We were able to walk to dozens of shops and dining options and it's just a 10 minute drive to HP Pavillion.

Ginger and Ray were extremely easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. We recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area. It's perfect. Already planning our next stay!

Two weeks in Santana Row

The location was absolutely wonderful! Ginger was always available and responsive to questions and/or any issues that came up. One caution, we knew that it was a loft but the stairs were a bit more than what we were prepared to climb. The only real issue was that because of the total openness of the unit, if one of us wanted to go to bed earlier than the other, the TV or most of the lights could not stay on. The person going to bed later was relegated to reading in the small open bedroom on the lower floor.

Great choice in Santana Row.

My wife and I rented this loft for almost one year while our new home was being remodeled. We had an excellent experience. It is located in lively Santana Row, with ready access to shops and restaurants. The area has become a magnet for both locals and out-of-towners. While Santana Row attracts big crowds, particularly on weekends, this loft is surprisingly quiet, as it faces away from the main drag. The loft itself is very comfortably appointed and gets lots of natural light through its large windows. Owners Ginger and Ray are very friendly and responsive, and are focused on meeting their tenants’ needs. Given the length of our stay, a couple of issues naturally came up, with appliances and plumbing occasionally needing attention, as it happens in any home. Ginger and Ray always had contractors lined up who took care of these few issues immediately. In addition, they provided help with luggage when we went out of town, and generally went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. They were also very flexible: we were able to address all scheduling and payment issues with them very smoothly. In sum, this loft is a great choice for a vacation in Silicon Valley, a business trip, or a temporary rental. I very highly recommend it.
