Master bedroom with en-suite bath is right off pool- with Cal King Tempurpedic bed and walk-in closet. Second Bedroom is large and private with a newly
re-modeled bathroom featuring a steam shower. Second bed is a Queen Eco-foam mattress. All linens and towels are in fresh condition. Laundry is adjacent to pantry/ art room and kitchen garden. Kids room are situated in a separate 'wing' with a large shared play area , a full bath with access direct from the pool, tons of toys and games and a yellow piano in tune. The upstairs loft bedroom has pretty bathroom with zen stone shower. Kitchen is open plan- equipped with 6 burner Viking / Dual Convection ovens, and built-ins, well stocked with dishes, pots and pans for the gourmet chef.
4th of July is a particular hit here on Sea Lane- as the fireworks barge pulls up directly in front of our beach stairs. The entire beach is one big party!
We are almost life long Malibu locals - and are very happy to add personal concierge services for our guests. We are active in the community, and have raised our two now grown children here from elementary school thru college. We love Malibu, Los Angeles, and California at large, and are happy to share our favorite local spots and excursions with our guests.

It's hard to beat Sea Lane- and we travel the world over! Our home is super comfortable without being fussy. We take great care in preparing it for guest rental making sure all is fresh, up-dated and organized so our guests will feel at ease and enjoy their stay to the fullest.
4th of July is a particular hit here on Sea Lane- as the fireworks barge pulls up directly in front of our beach stairs. The entire beach is one big party! While we don't rent the house for parties, it's a wonderful spot to with great flow to entertain your family and select friends.

My family have stayed at the property now for a two week stay the last three summers and each year gets better! The listing is accurate on all accounts and the house and grounds clean and immaculate for our arrival. Claudia and Rob are charming, contactable at all times and quick to respond to any requests. The house is very comfortable and super stylish with every mod-con you could possibly need. The garden and pool are a delight: daytime soaking up the sun and evening meals at the large table or sitting around the fire pit. The beach is a 2 min walk down the hill and is very quiet, esp during the week. It feels like a private beach! Food stores, pharmacy, bank, gym all a short 5-10 minute drive. Couldn't rate our experience at this house higher and we will return! Debbie and John
We stayed on the recommendation of friends. The house is very comfortable, with a relaxed beachy vibe. Also - a kid's heaven. Kids wing includes an indoor swing(!), musical instruments (bright yellow piano!), and fish tank + outdoors are pool, jacuzzi, trampoline and monkey bars. The kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, with EVERYthing one could need, including an herb garden outside the door.
The owners are very lovely and helpful, with emailed suggestions of local restaurants in advance (and offer to help secure reservations), and maps of hiking trails, etc. They also welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and other treats, and thoughtfully asked whether we'd like them to leave their Christmas tree as we were there over the holidays.
Our family rented this magnificent home last year for a week, and found it such a perfect setting that we are returning this summer for two weeks. The home itself is relaxing, flowing and open. The setting is delightfully tranquil (we New Yorkers found our stress melting away within minutes of passing through the front gate), and is perfectly suited for lounging, entertaining and kids' activities. The beach is just down a set of stairs, and the landmark Paradise Cove cafe is a short walk up the sand (staring at the celebs will give it away that you're not a local!).
The listing description is accurate in all respects, the property is well-maintained, and the owners seem to take great pleasure in opening their little bit of heaven to those not lucky enough to live here year-round.

My family had the good fortune to stay at this fantastic Malibu hideaway last summer. It was more than we expected, charming , quiet, beautifully, decorated and verry comfortable. The backyard is a perfectly landscaped outdoor livingroom with lots of spots to hang. If you have kids and love to cook this is the place.In fact we were planing to explore Malibu but barely left the house . We cant wait to return!
Situated in a private gated enclave with a short walk to the beach- Paradise Cove is known as one of the most exclusive and beautiful beaches in Malibu. Stroll down to the Paradise Cove restaurant for a barefoot breakfast- or grab your hiking shoes and take the 1.5 mile hike to Escondido Falls- which run most of the year. Malibu is known of course for its many surfing spots - we'll leave an insiders guide to the locals hangouts here. Restaurants, shopping, nightlife are all minutes away by car. For art lovers, nearby Pepperdine University has a world class art gallery open to the public, the Fredrick Weisman Gallery. And a 20 minute drive to Santa Monica will bring you to multiple gallery and Museum options. The Malibu Farmer Market each Sunday at the Civic Center is a local favorite- brimming with organic delights and delicious food stands.Its right across from the new Legacy Park, which has a lovely strolling path.

We take 1/2 payment non-refundable deposit of the full rent to confirm the booking. 1 month prior to arrival we take the remainder. The refundable security/damage payment is due upon arrival. that amount varies with the length of stay- minimum 5K .
