This is an exceptional home in perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

We rented this amazing property from Ken for an entire year. We absolutely loved it! The place is nicely furnished and we could fit plenty of our friends and family when they came to visit. It is conveniently located right on the golf course which was beautiful to walk in at night and xcountry ski on all winter. 8 min to Breckinridge and 10 minutes to Frisco. Ken is an excellent owner who was readily available for questions and has maintained the home immaculately! Such a nice guy who is willing to work with you when needed. The house came with multiple bikes, xcountry skis and snow shoes and fishing rods which he let us freely use. We would have stayed another year but we bought our own house out here and just moved in!

I promise you will love 65 The North Rd.!!

Great location, well-furnished, perfect for family

  • 5 of 5

We rented this furnished home as long term guests and have had an amazing time. The property backs up to the 3rd hole of Breckenridge's golf course. Access to any indoor and outdoor activity couldn't be easier: numerous hiking/biking trails, bike path (stop light at crosswalk), Rec. Center (on free bus route) and of course golf. During the winter the golf course is a Nordic Center and Breckenridge Resort is an easy drive or quick bus ride. We also skiied many times at Copper, Keystone and A-Basin (all approximately 30 min from property). Bikes, Nordic skiis, and Fly Fishing poles are all with the house. Frisco and Breceknridge are equally accessible for dining and shopping. The house is beautifully furnished, kitchen fully stocked and we loved the heated 2 car garage all winter. Linens are plentiful and there is a full size washer and dryer. The back porch is west facing and even during cold winter days, the family room remained bright and heated by the sun. The owner was easily accessible via phone or e-mail and was invested in making our stay easy and enjoyable. Would definitely highly recommend this property.

Loved it and the owner is delightful

  • 5 of 5

Loved the home. Very well stocked with kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, and any other supplies you need. Very well appointed home.

The beds were comfortable. The weather in Breckenridge is always cool. Wish I was there now.

The home is on the golf course. Enjoyed seeing golfers through out the day.

All bedrooms have televisions. Bicycles provided and fishing equipment

The home is just north of town Maybe 3 miles So we did not get caught in the traffic of tourists.

Highly recommend

Located just 90 miles west of Denver International Airport, this exclusive property sits directly on a 27 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course (property is on the 2nd hole of the course), this golf course converts to an Alpine Center in the winter with over 100 miles of cross-country ski and snow shoe trails, sleigh rides, restaurant, and plenty of hiking. Property is approx 8 minute drive to the Breckenridge Gondola and the historic Town of Breckenridge, 30 minutes to Vail, 10 to 20 minutes to Keystone, Copper, A-Basin ski resorts. Property is very private yet convenient to all summer and winter mountain activities, restaurants, shops, etc. Lake Dillon is only a five minute drive from the property and offers a multitude of exciting water activities which include sailing, fishing, boating, and amazing hiking/biking trails for all skill levels. Over 300 feet deep in parts, Lake Dillon is the only lake of its size in the region and a wonderful place to visit and enjoy with family, friends, etc.

Golf: The course opened for play in 1985. During the summer 2001 golf season, another nine holes, also designed by Nicklaus and every bit as challenging as the original 18-holes, were opened. The new Elk nine as it is named, offers more elevation change than the Bear and Beaver nines.

Since the course was opened, national and regional honors have been bestowed on Breckenridge. Honors awarded by the Colorado Golfer (the State Golf Newspaper) have included; Best Mountain Course, and Toughest Mountain Course. Golf Digest 'Places to Play' rates Breckenridge as a 4 1/2 Star Facility, and as one of their top 'Upscale Places To Play' in the nation. In May 2010, Golfweek rated Breckenridge one of the 'Top 50 Municipal Courses' in the nation.

The course is situated in a beautiful mountain valley. The clubhouse sits at an elevation of 9,324 feet. At this elevation the golf ball flies farther and straighter than at lower elevations, as there is less air resistance. The air not only allows you to hit the ball farther, but also offers temperatures that make you forget about the heat of the summer. Typical daytime summer temperatures range from 65 degrees to 80 degrees. Quite rarely will the temperature exceed 80. The course has four sets of tees so that each golfer may select the challenge equal to their game. From the Nicklaus Tees on the Beaver/Bear rotation, the course plays 7,261 yards and has a course rating of 73.9 with a slope rating of 147. Each set of tees plays to a par 72.
