We love the sunshine and warmth in Florida. As a family with young kids, we enjoy home feel accommodations much more than the hotel rooms. That is one of the main reasons we purchased this beautiful and luxury villa in early 2014. Fitness and gym equipments are in community club house. If you do not have computer during your stay, you can use computer in our club house to search information Internet. Club house open hour is between 8 AM to 8 PM. (close on Christmas, new year and Thanksgiving day). Club house also provides free fresh coffee during 8 AM to 12 PM daily. Club house also provides local information and community activity calendar for our customer Our club house also provides billiard table, foosball and Xbox 360 Kinnect game station for our customer. Community gate entry will require entry code to enter our community. Entire first floor was ungraded from carpet to tiles. Our private game room also provides foosball, air hockey and ping pong table entertainment. Our villa also provide free WiFi access. All cable TV for each room. Family room with 3D passive HDTV. Our villa also has patio pool table and patio chair near by our private pool.

Great area. Very spacious.

The home was exactly what we needed. It was close to everything, Disney, universal studios and lego land. There was a Wal-Mart literally around the corner. The house was clean and has everything we needed. The only issue was the pool needed to be cleaned, but we made a phone call and the guy came the same day. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and welcoming atmosphere!

The house was beyond expectations! For the few minor adjustments that needed to be made, the owner was very responsive and quick to help get them resolved. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area :)

House has potential but needs improvement

There were cockroaches in the house. The grill wasnt in working condition so purchased a small one from walmart . The pool was not heated either was the hot tub :( On the bright side the house was really nice and so was the gameroom. It was close to all the parks which was another plus! We loved that there were 2 high chairs and that there was a crib however, the blankets smell like puke. For the same price our friends had an amazing house where everything worked. We went there to swim because it was only down the road. I definitely didn't do my research.

Owner's Response: Dear guest, Thanks for providing feedback to help us improve the quality of our services. We do not have a BBQ in the house due to safety reason. We typically arrange rental from a 3rd party should guests require gas BBQ. We just installed a brand new pool heater, but we have no record of you ordering the pool heats. As such the pool heat was not turned on during your stay With that said, I wished you could have raised all these concerns during my follow up phone call with you on your first night of arrival and allow us the opportunity to make things right for you. As a property owner I personally follow up with each and everyone of my guests shortly after their arrival to ensure the local property manager have done a good job. We have recently refreshed liners in all bedrooms, and conducted a thorough cleaning of the entire house. It is our commitment to delivery a great stay for all our guests.

The housekeeping is not good!

The home is beautiful. Pool and heater worked great. Location was wonderful. Having said that...I do have some complaints. I was so disgusted when we turned down our bed and saw the dirt left on the sheets. We actually ran out to Walmart to purchase sheets. I would be willing to pay extra to have a laundry service. The bathroom downstairs was not clean. The wall beside the toilet was disgusting and the baseboards were horrible. Such a shame because the house is really nice. I don't know if the owner knows how bad the cleaning service is. Also, the cleaner showed up early on checkout day. She didn't speak English, so we couldn't make her understand. We also saw a couple roaches, but it is Florida so we kind of expected it. This rental would be ideal with a few changes. Later checkout so there is time to pack and clean a little, laundry service, a grill that is worth renting, smaller furniture in the downstairs bedroom and most importantly...a better cleaning service. Would I rent again? Probably not. (Oh, and we replaced the handle on the back patio door. We went to Lowes and bought a new one so we could open and close the door. It was broken when we arrived)

Improvement suggestions

I paid for 5 days of heating the pool 12/25 to 12/29. The pool heater was changed on 12/ 23, but the new pool heater would not work at that time. The new pool heater was worked on by maintenance each day until late on the 27th of December when my son helped the maintenance person fix the pool heater. No one from your management company ever contacted us. Due to not having the pool heater working for 3 of the 5 days that we paid for, we expected to receive a refund for at least the three days, but feel that because of the management company's lack of notification and our aggravation, we should receive the entire 5 days that we paid..

The air-conditioning/heating vents need to be cleaned. Very moldy. We are still coughing.

There were roaches and water bugs the entire time of our rental. The management company did send a maintenance person to treat the bugs, but they never checked with us to verify that the problem was corrected.

The TV in the Boys bedroom did not work, we notified the management company but it was never corrected for the entire time of our rental.

The downstairs bathroom needs a new shower curtain rod, (very rusty). The shower faucet is loose. This bathroom needs a new plastic shower liner. This bathroom needs a hook for a hand towel. This house needs to have all ragged towels replaced.

There were sheets with holes in them when we arrived.

The bathroom rugs need to be replaced. The rug under the coffee table would not stay flat and could cause a tripping problem.

The management team needs to review and make sure that your cleaning personnel are adequately completing their cleaning when they clean.. The ledge above the front door was very dirty, the living room fan was dirty, the baseboards were dirty, the upstairs bathroom floors were dirty.

The air-hockey puck and shooters were not in the house when we arrived. Therefore the game could not be played. We obtained a new set and left them for your future guests.

We suggest a queen bed for the downstairs bedroom because due to the small room size we could not get into the left side of the king bed. Maybe if you had a less massive bed frame that would allow room to get into the bed on the left. We could not get to the closet and electric outlets located in there. We do commend all the drawer storage there.

A refrigerator with an ice maker would be nice but at least have ice trays and an ice container for the one you have.

I wished I was contacted during your two weeks of stays so that I can make sure things are being corrected immediately. We had guests ordered the pool heat for the entire month of January and the brand new heater works perfectly fine. In addition to the regular pest control service, we brought in extra service to ensure the house is bugs free. All bath rugs have been changed since your stay and all linen are checked and replaced regularly. We appreciated your feedback which help us to serve the next guests better. We also encourage all future guests to be in touch with us directly during their stay if needed.
