Regarding our sleeping accommodations, this is a three-bedroom home. The master bedroom has a beautiful King size bed. One of the guest rooms has a queen size bed and the other is a bunk bed room. The bunk bed has a twin size on top, full size on bottom and another queen size futon bed. If you would like, you could bring in an air mattress to place in the Family Room.
Minimum age to rent: 28 years of age or older.

Hello! My name is Carlos; owner and founder of SA Vacay (San Antonio Vacation Rental Homes). I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. My wife Stephanie and I have 6 children; 4 boys and 2 girls! I am a God-fearing, bible believing Christian and seek to glorify God with this home and our commitment to service towards all of our guests. I am one of the deacons at Grace Community Church of San Antonio (www.gccsatx.com & www.illbehonest.com). If you are looking for a church to visit while in San Antonio, we would be glad to have you and your family! I enjoy working from home where my children are home-schooled. My wife enjoys gardening and raising her chickens; she wants a goat but I don't know about that. :-) I enjoy riding my bike at the San Antonio Mission Trails, Down Town, Riverwalk, and some other places, including a little off-road mountain biking.
Why Carlos chose Bexar County
Well I didn’t choose San Antonio, God chose it for me 40 years ago. Oblivious to how great our city is, I spent most of my teenage & early 20’s hoping to travel to other cities and for an opportunity to experience life anywhere but San Antonio. The Lord saved me when I was 25 yrs old and I realized that there was nothing new under the sun. Wanting to run from my home town would have been nothing more than chasing after the wind. In 2001, I started working for a service contractor which provided me an opportunity to travel. I would always stay in a box (hotel), and if there was any leisure time, I would get in the rental car and explore the city’s scenery. It was nice but lacking a personalized experience. I wanted to know more about the city than just its buildings and scenery. I wanted to know the people and the experience of being a local; or at least feel like one for a few days. I thought, if I could stay amongst the people, then perhaps I could meet interesting people, share the gospel of Jesus Christ and build friendships. What an opportunity we all have when renting a Vacation Rental Home! I once did a site visit at Disney World in Orlando Florida for a contract. There was an area in Downtown Disney that could convert your child’s hair, makeup and attire to become a princess for the day. Well you could become a San Antonian for a few days or even a few weeks when staying in one of my vacation homes! Come get to know the neighbors, community, and my fellow San Antonian’s! San Antonio is a beautiful city that has preserved its history and provides an aura of nostalgia. The Alamo, Missions, Riverwalk, Market Square, King William Historical District, La Villita, etc…, make the city attractive, romantic and family oriented. The city is vast and widespread with amenities such as countless golfing venues, shops, theme parks (Sea World & Six Flags), museums, nature parks, zoo, sporting events, horseback riding, bike trails, swimming, shooting, hunting, etc...
What makes this House unique
This home is located in a wonderful community with very friendly neighbors. My home is colorful, lively and elegant all at the same time. The outside covered patio is large and perfect for barbecues, larger family gatherings and children having ice cream on a hot Summer day. The backyard is fully enclosed so you may have peace of mind while the children run and play. This home is conveniently located in the middle of both Sea World of San Antonio and Six Flags Fiesta Texas; 9 miles to either theme park!!!

From the very first phone contact we had with Carlos, we felt welcome. We arrived later than we had expected and Anita was there to greet us and to give us a detailed tour of the house. This house was so clean and organized! The kitchen was a dream! All the amenities one could ever need were stocked and neatly arranged in the drawers and cabinets. The back patio was inviting in the 70 degree weather as well! We were able to visit with our son and make him his favorite meals as if we were at home. The house is just a short drive from any restaurant you could want or if you want to cook at home, the H. E.B. grocery is close by as well. Thank you for an enjoyable, relaxing place to hang out during our short stay in San Antonio! I would definitely recommend this house !

Great rental home in SA - perfect location
Highly recommend this rental home in San Antonio. Great location near intersection of 1604 and Bandera Road. Convenient access to all of SA especially Six Flags, Sea World, La Cantera, and downtown. We rented the home to attend the Final Four basketball games in SA this past weekend. Owner was very easy to rent from - quick to respond to questions and provide information. We brought our two labs with us. Owner ensured fence and backyard was properly fenced - even replaced a whole side of the fence to ensure my concerns were addressed properly. Plenty of space as we had 6 guests that stayed in the home plus a few family members who stopped by on Easter Sunday. Everything listed was accurate. Property was clean and well-maintained. Very nice and safe neighborhood. Backyard is spacious. We have rented several homes in SA - this is by far our favorite! Highly recommend this rental!!
Absolutely loved the house.
This was the perfect place for my family's first vacation. They had everything you could possibly need already at the house. All we had to purchase was our food to cook. I would recommend this house to anyone needing a place in San Antonio!!
