The condo was beautiful and the views amazing.
We loved everything about the property except the live music across the street that went on after midnight on the weekend.
The beachfront view from this condo is absolutely amazing!!! Plenty of space and nice kitchen with more pots, pans, and utensils than I have ever seen in a rental condo. We enjoyed staying here and if ever at Pensacola Beach again this is where we would want to stay!
Gorgeous Condo with Equally Gorgeous Views
This was a family vacation for my wife and me, our daughter and her husband and three grandsons. We seven fit nicely into the 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the 12th floor of Emerald Isle. The condo was neat, clean, had TVs in every room, and provided great views of both the beach and the sound since it was a corner unit. There are two elevators that move at high speed and plenty of luggage carts for moving in and out. That's the good news. Here's the bad news: We made the mistake of using HomeAway to set up the reservation. By telephone, HomeAway gave us a total price for three days that included their service fee. After we had given our credit card numbers by telephone, we received an email from Premier Island Management Group (PIMG)with a price that was higher than HomeAway gave us. We were still on the phone with HomeAway at the time and told their representative that PIMG had overcharged us. We then received a second email from PIMG that dropped the overcharge by the amount of the HomeAway service charge. However, the reduced price was still higher than HomeAway had quoted us. We ended up paying the second price to Premier, but I disputed the HomeAway service charge with my credit card company when a separate charge for their service fee showed up on my statement. I'll never deal with HomeAway again.

Rock n Fly Half Marathon Weekend
We love Pensacola Beach and always look for opportunity to go back. We ran the Rock N Fly on NAS-Pensacola this particular weekend. This is a fabulous place to stay. Large condos with fantastic views and convenient to everything.
Wonderful Family Vacation
We had a party of 10 and the condo was excellent. The view was amazing, and i loved that it was an end room. Everything you need is there. The beds were even comfortable for everyone. The view was breathtaking.

Palafox Street - http://www.downtownpensacola.com/ - Palafox Street was recently named a Great Place in America for 2013 by the American Planning Association. APA singled out Palafox for its European influences, eclectic mix of Spanish Colonial and Chicago School architecture, expansive medians and sidewalks, and planning that has helped turn the street into an attractive and successful gateway to downtown Pensacola.
