Curteous staff, very nice unit, wonderful view.
Wide covered porch with electric grill and plenty of seating to enjoy the views. Well appointed kitchen and tasteful decoration a big plus.
Thank you for for choosing our unit! We hope to host you again in the future.
I really loved that the kitchen and bar areas were so well equipped. We tend to like to eat in.
The Beach Club
Loved The Beach Club. Beautiful unit.
Beautiful Gulf View from the balcony and easy beach access is fantastic. The furniture in the condo could really be updated/upgraded. The sofa is not comfortable. Overall, the decor is not very beach like. The beds were okay but not the pillows. The kitchen had all the basics but could not find one sharp knife in the drawer. Having said this, I would stay here again but would pursue a more well appointed unit first.
Great Condo, Great Views, Great Service
WOW! When we first got there we did not know what to expect as we typically stay at hotels, but we were referred to Beach Club by a local friend, and we could not have been more pleased. We checked in right on property just as you would expect the lobby was clean and the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We walked to our condo 1003 and as soon as we opened the door we were taken back by the unbelievable views of the ocean. The sand is so white and the water is straight out of a post card. The condo was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there is even a built in grill on the balcony. Everyday we would wake up to a gorgeous view and head down to the beach. Our beach chairs were already set up for us, so all we had to do was bring a towel. The amenities at the tower were superior, which was surprising as did not expect that from a condo tower. They have a first class spa and fitness center. We were greeted everyday by the staff who were overly helpful in giving recommendations on what to do and where to go. We even took a dolphin cruise that was a BLAST! The captain was very knowledgeable and we saw tons of dolphins. Overall the vacation was perfect for us. The condo is beautiful and the process was easy.
*when booking ask about Premier package as allowed us to have beach chairs, dolphin cruises, rounds of golf, and discounts at various locations.
*bring you own spices like salt and pepper and seasoning
*condo does have toiletries ie shampoo, conditioner, body lotion
Worst place ever
We arrived at 3 p.m. they said check in was at 4 p.m. will we were unable to check in until 4:30. They also didn't mention when we made the reservation that there is no front deck person only 9 to 5 p.m. When we went to our room it was r unlocked & 2 maintenance workers were fixing the guest room on the left side. Well next that night the toilet in the master bathroom was running all night & the water from the kitchen sink kept coming up. On Sunday we went to the front desk for them to fix the issue they did fix the toilet the issue with the sink they were not able to do anything. On Monday the maintenance guy came to the room when we were not their and dropped off some tickets in our room when he left he forget to lock both locks it was unlocked. On Tuesday night the smoke detector was going off since 7:30 p.m. they gave me an after hours number to call if anything goes wrong. I called that number at least 4 times & no one answered the phone we also left message & no response. So we had to try to sleep with the smoke detector going off all night on Tuesday & Wednesday morning we left early to get out of the condo since the smoke detector was still going off Wednesday . My wife and kids had such a bad migraine ruined our vacation. Well when we got back to the condo Wednesday we went to the front desk and complained they of course did not care the lady said she would have the manager call us he did. When I spoke to him he did not care he is like I can give you a $50 gift card to cactus cafe for your inconvenience which they own that restaurant. What a joke $ 50 for a party of 6. On Thursday night the power goes out in the left guest room only. Again we call the after hours number & this time someone actually picked up & said there is noting we can do for you. You have to wait until tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. until the employee arrive their. I was like no you need to send someone here this is ridiculous well the sent the security gentleman to the room we was unable to fix it. He then call the maintenance & one of the gentleman came to the room well they tried to fix the electrical problem for about 2 hours and were unsuccessful. Friday night smoke detector is going off my mother in law ran to the balcony it was so loud even with the patio doors closed. They came & said they fixed the issue well about 5 mins. later its going off again. Again they sent someone to fix it. I called manager to complain again & he keeping ignoring our phone calls.
