Resort Features: Wyndham Vacation Rentals is proud to present Silver Cliff condominiums, which are conveniently located within walking distance of Park City Mountain Resort and a block from the free citywide shuttle service. Shared amenities include two hot tubs, underground parking and an elevator. Smoking is not permitted on any balconies or patio areas within Silver Cliff.

Lodging Features: This 2-bedroom/2-bath condo offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with gas fireplace. Additional amenities include wireless internet access, three TVs and two DVD players. Bedding includes two queens, two twins and a daybed with trundle, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. For our summer guests, this unit does not have air conditioning; however, a fan has been provided in each bedroom for your comfort.

At Wyndham Vacation Rentals, we make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.

Like a Holiday Inn...

The condo is in a great location - about 1 block from Park City Mountain Resort. It's also an easy drive to the Town (ski) Lift about 8 blocks away.

Unfortunately, this condo is definitely a "rental only" condo. In other words, the owner must never stay there since it is not in very good condition. For example, the furnishings in this condo are very sub-par. They look and feel like they are original from when it was built in the 1980's. The downstairs bedroom has very uncomfortable beds. My college-age kids complained mightily about them and said that sleeping on those beds were the worst nights they have ever had in their lives! They ended up sleeping on the floor (!) or on the living room couches. The living room couches are not great either. They are very "sat in" and anyone sitting on them would lean towards the middle.

I complained to Wyndham Vacation Resorts about the beds for two days but the best they could do was to deliver air beds which are not very comfortable so we declined.

There were other condo issues such as the fireplace pilot light turning the fireplace on and off but Wyndham did not seem to care.

This condo building was pretty nice (with 2 spas) and convenient but this condo was very expensive over the Holidays and it was not worth it! We expected something much nicer; not a Holiday Inn type condo. I recommend choosing another unit that is not managed by Wyndham.

Second, let me apologize for your experience with the poor bedding and furniture concerns. I have addressed this concern with our Owner Relations team. The beds and furniture are the responsibility of our homeowners, but we like to encourage our owners to keep their units updated to ensure guest satisfaction. As far as the fireplace concerns, I am not seeing any notes in your folio about that issue. For any in-unit issues you can always call the front desk and a maintenance technician can be sent to the property. The holidays are a busy time and prices on rentals are higher than normal throughout town. I hope that at the very least you enjoyed your visit to Park City and had a wonderful holiday season. I hope you will reconsider Wyndham Vacation Rentals as your lodging provider for your next visit to the area.
