Resort Features: Wyndham Vacation Rentals is proud to present 269 Deer Valley Drive, one side of a duplex with a fabulous location: one mile from Deer Valley® Resort, walking distance to Park City's historic Main Street, and a block from the transit center for the free citywide shuttle system.
Lodging Features: This 3-bedroom/3-bath unit features a private hot tub, gas fireplace in the living room, a washer/dryer, garage, and mountain views. Bedding includes a queen in the first bedroom; queen in the second bedroom' two sets of twin bunks in the third bedroom, one with a trundle bed; and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Wyndham Vacation Rentals also manages the other side of the duplex, 267 Deer Valley Drive, offering the opportunity for groups or families to book both units for their Park City vacation! For our summer guests, this home does not have air conditioning; however, a fan has been provided in each bedroom for your comfort.
At Wyndham Vacation Rentals, we make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.

5-10 minute walk to downtown Main St. which is great! The bus station is even closer if you need to get somewhere out of walking distance. We also used Uber from the SLC airport and it cost less than $60 to get there (you do have to check-in a short drive down the road though to get the keys).
Big downstairs with very nice gas fireplace, lots of room, and all the amenities you'll need! Full kitchen. 3 full baths and a hot tub! The deck downstairs and 2 of the 3 bedrooms (all 3 bedrooms are upstairs) have great views overlooking downtown!
Some things to note: 2 of the bedrooms do share a bathroom. Also, there are lots of stairs leading up the 1st floor as this is perched in the hillside. NOT handicap accessible.
The downstairs TV was also not working properly when we stayed but I'm sure that's not a difficult fix, and who wants to watch TV when you're so close to downtown or can relax out on the deck with the view!?
Location couldn't be better. Checkin / check out was smooth and easy. A simple walk to main street for food or a night out on the town. Garage is a great added bonus!
This duplex is both cozy and spacious at the same time. Check-in and checkout with the property managers is very easy and we had no issues.
The lower level includes a very large kitchen, dining area, and living room. it comfortably sat my entire group. There is also a deck and a hot tub with a view as well!
The upstairs bedrooms are all pretty roomy, clean, and very well-maintained. Less than a five minute walk to Main Street and the Town Lift for park city resort. The main bus stop is also just minutes away. Overall great property and great location!
