Lodging Features: This spacious 2-bedroom plus loft/2-bath duplex boasts a living room with a gas fireplace, huge windows, and vaulted ceiling; appointed with a full kitchen, dining area and washer/dryer. This unit has plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Bedding includes a queen in the first bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, and queen sofa sleeper in the loft. The other half of the duplex, 269 Deer Valley Drive, is also available through Wyndham Vacation Rentals, giving families or groups the ability to book both units for their Park City vacation! For our summer guests, this home does not have air conditioning; however, a fan has been provided in each bedroom for your comfort.

Great location! Easy access to Main street and skiing.
This was a quick weekend ski trip for us and this property was perfect for two couples! The duplex is a little dated, but it is clean and the furnishings are nice. It could use some throw blankets and decent wine glasses, but overall it’s great! The management company was accommodating as well...we were able to get in a little early and because there wasn’t anyone coming in directly after us we got a late check out too!
Plenty of room and very nice, good location
We liked a lot about this property; plenty of room inside, very clean, and a short walk to the shuttle bus station, which made it easy to get to the three main ski areas in Park City. One challenge was the garage; it is not easy to get in and out (especially if there is snow/ice on the driveway), but not a major concern. Another slight inconvenience was the presence of a stairway on the other side of what seems like a thin wall in the bedroom, which isn't a problem unless your upstairs neighbors arrive late and/or stay out late partying! Other than those, which I didn't consider to be too huge, there was a lot to like about this one. I'd definitely consider coming back!
