This luxury condo is located in-between Gas Town and Yale Town. Amenities to this unit are ideal. There are two major grocery stories just minutes from the condo. Costco being one and TNT being the other. Five star restaurants and coffee bars are also within walking distance. If you would like to do some touring then hop onto the Aqua bus. Going to Grandville Island is a breeze. You can also take a bike ride around the sea wall and enjoy the ocean and Stanley Park. This condo is close to just about anything that you would like to do, whether that be shopping, sightseeing or just relaxing in a coffee bar.
My three children visit and I visit Vancouver several times a year to visit my family. Since we have been doing this for many years, we felt that we needed a place of our own.
Hence this condo. We love being right in the heart of downtown. Shopping is easy and doing activities with the children is even easier. My daughter takes ballet here in Vancouver in the summers and the two boys enjoy taking art classes on Grandeville Island. So it is very convient for us. we love and enjoy this place as we hope you will too.

The reason why I would choose this property is that not only has it been updated and renovated, but you also have a private courtyard, a very modernized exercise equipment and room, a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Grocery stores, restaurant, coffee bars, pharmacists, hair salons, dog groomers are all just minuets away. Literally all you have to do is go downstairs and out the building and everything is there. In addition, on a clear day, you can see the beautiful mountains peaks from the bedroom windows. It's a nice sight when getting up in the mornings.

This apartment is opposite Rodgers Arena great for the ice hockey and beside the Stadiun-Chinatown rail station making easy access into the CBD.
Easy 5 minute walk to fabulous Gastown and restaurants and short walk to get ferries to Granville Island.
Highly recommend this apartment the owner and her family have been extremely helpful.

We were a family of 5 staying for three days. Good location - close to Chinatown and Gastown, and Sky Train station with good connections to the Waterfront (3 stops - 15min) and Robson Street (2 stops). Modern, all the amenities are there - including washer and dryer. Manager (Branden) was welcoming and responded quickly when we asked to extend our parking past the normal noon check-out.
This property is perfectly located in Vancouver's Gastown, with many restaurants & shops within walking distance. A beautiful view of the city from the nicely appointed condo made the return to our accommodations most pleasant. And to top it off, secure underground parking.
We'll definitely consider staying here on our next trip to Vancouver BC.
What a fantastic apartment in the heart of Vancouver! Very comfortable place. The owner and manager were very accommodating. The apartment was spacious and luxurious. Lots of attention to detail: bathrobes, good linens and towels, Kurig machine, smart TV, and much more! It's a 5 minute walk to the Gasstown - Vancouver's night spot with cafes and restaurants. I highly recommend this place.
The condo was just as described, and we really appreciated the extra touches -- like K-cups for the Keurig -- that were provided. The owner and her family members were easy to work with. This is a great central location, and public transit is available very near the condo.
The pool, whirlpool, sauna, and gym facilities were also an excellent addition. They are accessible from the second floor of this building, across a lovely courtyard and in the next building.
We would definitely recommend this condo!
The listing was as accurate as can be. Very clean and cozy. Even my niece commented on nice taste in decor as shown in the pictures. Our only minor complaint was the small reserved parking spot in the garage....but we were able to manage. :) I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and relatives.
Watch the Canucks score at Rogers Arena, live performance at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Walk, run or bike around the Seawall to Granville Island or to Stanley Park. Pick from a plethora of world famous restaurants or simply hop into your car and drive 20 minutes to one of our local ski resorts and go skiing, snowboard and more!
