This luxury condo is located in-between Gas Town and Yale Town. Amenities to this unit are ideal. There are two major grocery stories just minutes from the condo. Costco being one and TNT being the other. Five star restaurants and coffee bars are also within walking distance. If you would like to do some touring then hop onto the Aqua bus. Going to Grandville Island is a breeze. You can also take a bike ride around the sea wall and enjoy the ocean and Stanley Park. This condo is close to just about anything that you would like to do, whether that be shopping, sightseeing or just relaxing in a coffee bar.

About Hellena

My three children visit and I visit Vancouver several times a year to visit my family. Since we have been doing this for many years, we felt that we needed a place of our own.

Hence this condo. We love being right in the heart of downtown. Shopping is easy and doing activities with the children is even easier. My daughter takes ballet here in Vancouver in the summers and the two boys enjoy taking art classes on Grandeville Island. So it is very convient for us. we love and enjoy this place as we hope you will too.

Why Hellena chose Vancouver

The reason why I would choose this property is that not only has it been updated and renovated, but you also have a private courtyard, a very modernized exercise equipment and room, a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Grocery stores, restaurant, coffee bars, pharmacists, hair salons, dog groomers are all just minuets away. Literally all you have to do is go downstairs and out the building and everything is there. In addition, on a clear day, you can see the beautiful mountains peaks from the bedroom windows. It's a nice sight when getting up in the mornings.

Great for a short stay

We were two couples and really enjoyed the convenience of having everything (skytrain, transit, shopping, grocery & liquor stores) so close. However because we were so close to the skytrain station we could hear the trains coming and going all day long. So we'd have to keep the windows and doors closed. It was a bit annoying.

Great location & super clean!

The property was great. It is located a 5 minute walk to the seawall and has tons of amenities near by. The manager was very easy to deal with and responded to a couple of text inquiries I had right away. When we arrived the property had just been cleaned and it was immaculate. The condo also had shampoo/conditioner and some condiments. It was a nice perk especially because we stayed in and cooked one night. Overall, we had a great stay.

Lovely home and view

My family of 5 stayed in this condo for several nights. It is a lovely home with very nice furnishings, extras (including a great Kerig coffee maker), and beautiful views. The condo rental includes access to a large lap pool and hot tub which were also very nice. The only minuses that made my rating lower were (a) little guidance was provided for how to get into the condo upon arrival and the person who was supposed to meet us did not answer the phone and we had to wait on the street for 20 minutes until we could locate his email via linkedin, so that did not make for an enjoyable entry and (b) the location is in the seedier part of town with many homeless persons--less than a block from the stadium ski-train stop which is good in some respects, but also feels less than safe. There is however a fabulous sushi place--Suschi Den--right next to the condo bldg entrance, which we highly recommend.

Great apartment in a great location

This was a great apartment in a great location, close to the sky train and walking distance to Gastown. Incredibly clean and very well appointed-had everything we could have needed and more! Hellena was so helpful prior to our arrival, couldn't have asked for more!

Great view, clean, spacious, wonderful amenities

There were 4 of us here on a girl's vacation. We were greeted by a family member who rode with us down to the secure parking spot and then showed us around. The condo was clean, roomy, and had an amazing view of the city. Will be back!
