Spend your week relaxing or enjoy the sites and attractions that the Outer Banks offers. This home is centrally located on the islands to help plan with family excursions to the lighthouses, Wright Memorial, NC Aquarium. Or, take a day trip to Corolla to see the Wild Horses roaming on the beaches.

This house had just about everything you could want. It was clean on arrival. The house is close to everything including the grocery store and many resturants. The beach is five minutes away, if that!! Centrally located I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at Turtle Pond. Everything you could need is there for you. It is always clean. We enjoy watching for turtles in the pond. It's location is close to so many good restaurants, shopping and easy access to the beach. We have stayed at Turtle Pond twice and hope to be there again.

GREAT PLACE TO RENT FOR A RELAXING WEEKS VACATION. CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND MINUTES AWAY FROM RESTAURANTS AND ATTRACTIONS. GREAT OUTDOOR DECK OVER LOOKING THE TURTLE POND AND THE OCEAN.

It is in a cool location, right next to an actual turtle pond where you can fish. The beach is walking distance across the road. There is a Jolly Rogers right next to the turtle pond (basically neighbors). No people are around you, or close to this house for that matter. The bedrooms are all downstairs. The upstairs is very nice and the balcony outside is awesome, wrapping around half of the house above the turtle pond. You can feed them right on the balcony!

We had a fantastic time. The house was very nice and clean. However, we had a small problem with ants, but not enough to worry with until we checked out. The house only has one ceiling fan and it was not very safe looking. Both of these issues were reported at check out. I highly recommend the outdoor shower. The water pressure is great and it is very relaxing and refreshing. The only things that would have made the property any better, would be for it to be on the other side of the road or have a pool (Oh Well). If we return to the area again, I'm sure that we will be checking on Turtle Pond first. Book it, you won't be sorry. Thanks for the use of the home.
