Our latest offering is at the newly completed Scott Garden @ Old Klang Road is just 2.9km from MidValley Shopping Mall.

This 775 square feet duplex suite is great for families or those who require a Small Office Home Office (Soho).

It will comfortably sleep up to 5 adults & 1 child.

Access card is required to go into the lobby as well as taking the lift up to the duplex. Round the clock security personnels also does their round in addition to CCTV at common area.

As you walk into our suite, you will be greeted by the simple yet elegant kitchen equipped with two induction cooking hob & ventilation hood. The versatile island is great for meals all day long or just a cuppa while working.

Further inside is the living area, where you can lounge on our sofa bed that sleeps two.

Or just seat by our floor to ceiling window, sipping coffee & enjoy the view of KL & Petronas Twin Tower or get tempted by the view of the pool below.

The kitchen & living area has separate air-condition.

There's also a fold-away single bed that's tuck behind the 2.5 seater sofa.

The air conditioned bedroom is upstairs & comes with a Queen Size Bed & full size shower room. If required, we can easily fit another mattress.

The swimming pool, gym & children's playground are complimentary for your enjoyment.

Below our duplex SOHO is Scott Garden, a lifestyle, entertainment & retail outlet, anchored by Britain's hypermarket, Tesco.

To compliment the above is a range of gastronomic experience one will be spoilt with. From local cafes like 'Penang Street' to international chain like 'Starbucks', Chinese, Japanese & Thai restaurants, no-frill hawker food, British pub food, young & trendy Hong Kong cafes etc

For those who requires banking services, Malaysia's number two bank CIMB, offers a full range of services & a 'Preferred Lounge'

As you can see, our duplex SOHO offers great convenience of living & working within the same complex.
