This reviews is for Calm Akasaka bldg 111 Roppongi. My stay in this premise was a pleasant one. The place was clean, and the neighborhood very quiet. Placed in a very convenient location, close to the train station and Lawson convenient store and next door is a Thai take away shop. I would definitely recommend this apartment for any one traveling to tokyo...Note for Leo the owner: the vacuum cleaner is extremely stinky, we used it once and the whole apartment was stunk; we opened it & the bag was full. We emptied the bag but its still smelly. We ended up just using the dustpan.
Loved the unit that we stayed in.
30 second walk from Lawson (convenience store)
2 minute walk to Nogizaka station
5 minute walk to Roppongi station
Perfect location for those travelling with a partner or a small family.
Room was large by Japanese standards. Quaint studio unit with attached bathroom and small kitchen area. All requirements provided, from towels, to toiletries, to eating utensils, iron and ironing board.
Room comes with a double bed and a sofa bed. Very comfortable and clean.
Security was great. Residents need a key to enter the building and guests need to be buzzed in.
Really enjoyed our stay. It was completely hassle free and extremely convenient. I would definitely stay here again or in another one of the host's units when I visit Japan in the future.
Very clean and great location. The space is very small, but expected for Tokyo. Leo was nice and easy to deal with. Amazing bakery downstairs. A little on the loud side but ok at night when it matters.
