Guest Review - Thank You!
An excellent family retreat!
<BR>This property is perfect for a large family. There were more than enough sleeping accomadations, linens, bathrooms, and seating so everyone was relaxed and not crowded. I was worried about parking but the garage and driveway provided more than enough space, even for our extended cab truck. The house was immaculate and the hot tub was clean and worked great! Everything you need is provided, including floats for the beach!!

The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything one could need to cook meals during our stay. The garage had all the sleds and toys for the kids to use. We enjoyed our stay and will most likely stay here again!
Oven didn't work. Otherwise a comfortable home with plenty of space.
Roomy, thought the permit in the house shows that the limit is 12.
Hot tub hit the spot after running around all day in the sun. Using the gas grill was very nice (minus the mosquitos, of course). There is also a charcoal grill, but we did not end up using it.
Younger kids stayed in the bunk-beds and teens in the adjoining room, which worked out perfectly.
1st bedroom upstairs and the bedroom at the entry were a bit on the cozy side, but worked out well enough. The larger beds in the rooms (pics 12, 13 and 15) are not really big enough for two adults. They are doubles, next to a twin.
Bedroom downstairs in the back was very spacious and comfortable. Those mattresses are queens, which allowed for 2 per comfortably.
The TV in the living room was nice for settling down to a movie!
The location was excellent, being within 10 minutes of grocery, restaurants, etc.... About 5 minutes away from Bijou Park, where we played disc golf. So much fun!! Quiet neighborhood and is right next to some trails for very nice morning walks.
WiFi worked great!
1. 'Main' fridge was nice, but "Out of Order" and still in the kitchen. A 2nd functioning fridge was in the dining area, which took up quite a bit of room and had less room to store.
2. Supplies -
a) Aside from the one spare toilet paper roll per bathroom, there really wasn't much else supplied. The 'soap' in the bathrooms and kitchen were 1 part soap to 10 parts H2O.
b) No laundry detergent, so be prepared to buy if you plan on doing any laundry.
c) Pots and Pans were all scratched up and flaking. Teflon pans are toxic once scratched. There were enough utensils to use, though they were dirty and needed another wash before use. Seasonings were mostly expired (2012), so expect to buy what you need.
3. Couches - Though comfortable, they didn't recline, since they are electric recliners and either didn't have a power source or was out of order.
4. Dishwasher - Worked, but you need to be careful when loading. The door doesn't sit well or the machine was poorly designed, so the lower rack 'catches' on the door when you pull it out. It is also not so big, so some dishes did not fit in it properly. We hand washed the larger dishes, pots and pans instead of using the dishwasher.
Overall, and knowing what I know now, I would recommend staying at this location. It should fit your needs well. Again, given the notes I provided.
