Newly Remodeled 5 Bedroom, 3 Full And Half Bath That Sleeps 11
Why Deana Gebhard chose Gordonville
We fell in love with this house that is full of character and charm! My husband had a vision to restore it back to a traditional Tudor with modern amenities. He bought this house and started fixing it up in preparation to have a wonderful gorgeous home to raise a family one day. After we got married, I moved in and as a team we worked together to finish the house and create a beautiful home! This house is still our pride and joy! And we continue to work on it and make improvements in hopes that others will love it and appreciate it like we do! We started our family there with dreams and visions of turning the house we love into a vacation home for others to enjoy while we moved further into the country with more acreage for our family and animals to play.

Great house for big family at Christmas
This house worked well for our extended family. Big kitchen with everything you need. Lots of space to spread out with the "man cave" and living room, and sunroom.
Great stay! Will definitely come back
The house is great! Beautiful and the layout has many spaces to sit and relax.
We were 2 families and everyone had a wonderful time.
My only comment would be about the beddings, although the sheets and pillow cases are being washed, the blankets have no covers, and the feel of covering with a blanket that was not washed in between guests, was something I would take to consideration.
Over all, a great find, and we would love to come back!
Cute, quaint, comfortable great place for a family thanksgiving holiday
Our family was able to celebrate thanksgiving together in one place. The house was warm, inviting, come, roomy, well appointed and very clean. Deana was very accommodating and friendly. The grandkids loved the house and the yard. The adults appreciated the comfort and roomy but cozy feeling. We had a great time there.
This home was centrally located for all our family. Was clean & well kept & had a good amount of space for all of us. Thank you for letting us rent your home!
Lovingly restored property that exceeded expectations
3 generations of my family had a lovely week staying in this property. The interior fit and finish exceeded the expectations we had from the photos provided. This is an old house (1930s) that has been lovingly and tastefully restored with all of the conveniences of modern living (central heat/air, etc) using a combination of new (yet matching) material and refurbished original elements. It's beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and thoroughly enjoyable. The owner was also very accommodating and was able to conduct business and answer question by text, which is extremely convenient.
We plan to stay at this property again if we return to the area in the future.
We enjoyed having your family and talking about the upgrades and renovations to the house. It's wonderful to have guests who truly appreciate the quality, character and architecture of this house. It makes our heart happy to hear from guests who admire the old original and new modern things in the house. We love to sharing this house with wonderful guests like you.
We rented this house for a family gathering spot while visiting Lancaster
The house is beautiful. Lots of character.
(Wonder if vrbo’s can use inflatables?
Sofa beds are never comfortable
Would liked to have had 2 inflatables)
Thank you for the wonderful review and suggestion. I agree sofa beds are never very comfy with the springs and bars. Kids never seem to mind but adults do. We haven't used inflatable very much only because they are not as durable and need replaced often from people misusing. Thank you for the suggestion.
