A south facing location on an elite residential estate just outside of the main town of Gandia. The unique and newly renovated luxury 300 m2 villa with hot/cold air condition in all 7 bedrooms and has scenic views over the orange groves and the mountains nearby from all parts of the villa. The villa has a unique pool garden with several sunny or shaded terraces. The outdoor area is also equipped with B/Q, Pergola and seating areas.

The house briefly comprises of:

2.floor: 4 double bedrooms (1 master bedroom w/private balcony) and 2 luxury bathroom, lounge w/office and internet access, dining room with 12 seats, state of the art kitchen with gas cooker and US fridge.

1.floor: 2 double bedroom (1 master bedroom w/private balcony), 1 luxury bathroom, fully equipped new kitchen, 3 piece suite lounge w/fireplace, LCD-TV, DVD player,Wii. Access from lounge to covered terrace.

Ground floor: Double bedroom with private bathroom and direct access to the pool area.

The villa is refurnished in Scandinavian style.

About Villa Flores: Villa Flores is 5min to Gandia town which has many shops and supermarkets, bars, restaurants. A must: visit the old Borgia Palace, Culture Centre and Theatre. Saturday is Market day. Small golf course by Grau, Gandia. 2 Shopping Malls 10min drive. Playa Gandia is blue flagged with beautiful beach with shops and restaurants run along the promenade, evening street market and a Casino, also a harbour and marina. Gandia station can take you 40 min to centre of Valencia. Inland is the old town of Xativa and Castle once home of the Lords of Gandia. 20 min to Oliva old town and Playa, Castle and Friday Market. The Oliva Nova Golf is nearby, designed by Seve Ballesteros. GoKarting, Horse riding, sailing, kite surfing all available in the area.

I am 49 year old, married to Pia and we have three wonderful girls between 8 and 16 years. I work in the education industry, where I have started several successful companies. Today I mainly work as a working chairman as a sparring partner to the management, but I still enjoy doing the core thing in education; teaching. In my spare time I enjoy doing outdoor activities with my family like; hiking, biking, working in the garden, playing golf, go to the beach or just spending time with them.

Why Chresten Koed chose Valencia

My family and I enjoy our villa in Gandia, because it is the perfect setting for being together with your family and friends. The weather is all year long almost always perfect for outdoor activities and therefore perfect as base for any family/group that enjoys the outdoor life; that be sunbathing or conquering one of our many local mountains. The natural surroundings are breathtaking; great mountain views, orange groves, long white sandy beaches (Costa Blanca means White Coast!) for kilometer after kilometer just 10-15 minutes away.

The properties size and structure (three floors) makes it easy to be a lot of people together, without feeling crowded and you can always find a quiet spot if needed. We usually are 10-14 people when we visit our villa, because either our oldest daughters bring friends or half our family or friends comes to visit (so it feels at least:)).

What makes this villa unique

Our villa is perfect for all generations and for the active and less so.

The property is huge, spacious inside, well equipped. We enjoyed the pool & BBQ facilities. Did drive out to various tourist spots in the area.

Incredible villa with a great views

the description made on the website is matching the product,

The property is well maintained and all the equipments are modern and clean.

The owner was definitively providing good service and was available at any times.

The house is located 10 to 15 minutes driving from the beaches and same for shopping. So the house is a bit isolated for activities but also isolated from the noise ... Up to you !!!

We would definitively recommend this property.

Good to know : the house being on a colline, there are a lot and a lot of stairs so if you have any mobility issue, clarify with the owner before ....

Schöne mit einer Traumaussicht!

Notes:
The lounge seating covers 2 lounges (second floor with 5 seats and first floor with 8 seats). Besides the 8 beach chairs by the pool there are outdoor sofas and armchairs with 6 seats placed on the different terraces. There is seating for 12 under the pergola. Smoking outside only please!! Bathing towels are not provided. Please bring own beach towels.
