Offering a private backyard with gas grill and outdoor seating, the guest house has 2 bedrooms (one large bedroom with a king bed and a small second bedroom with a single bed), a sunny sitting/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of parking. The bathroom is recently remodeled and upgraded.

With easy day tripping to the Texas Hill Country... Hamilton Pool Preserve, Enchanted Rock, Fredericksburg, Kerrville Folk Festival, Highland Lakes, AND Austin for the best live music, fabulous dining, bat watching, Zilker Park fun and so much more, this is the best of both worlds!

Wonderful Guesthouse

This is a wonderful guesthouse with everything you could need! Despite being right off a main road, the house is set back so you feel like you are in the country away from the hustle and bustle. In reality, you are very close to several restaurants, shopping centers, and day trips like Hamilton pools. The hosts went the extra mile to ensure the house had everything we needed and then some.

Great cozy place with impressive yard space with lots of wildlife.

This guest house was very clean and full of great aminities. Nice touches with plenty of coffee and the hosts even left us breakfast muffins and OJ! We had a great stay and we even had a couple of grey Foxes come to visit each night.

We hope to come back again soon.

Between Austin and the river

We had a great time. We spent time at Pedernales river and in Austin and this was a perfect location for us. It is a little secluded which was nice at night to be able to see the stars at night but was still easy and quick to get in and out of. The house had everything we needed plus nice little thoughtful amenities including fresh fruit and orange juice! We had a wonderful time. I would certainly recommend stay here.

Bee Cave Stay

Our stay for the weekend of Sept 8th 2017 was awesome. My best friend and I needed a get-a away for the weekend after dealing with Hurricane Harvey for the two weeks before. We found our house very clean and everything we needed for our stay was at hand. It was quite and the weather that weekend was perfect. We shopped, ate and visited Dripping Springs. It was a very relaxing weekend.

Nell's property was perfect for my stay in the Austin area. Nell was the perfect hostess and her property was very clean, comfortable and convenient to highways, shopping and activities. I will certainly stay there again when I come to Austin.
