Crown Colony is a beautifully maintained location with amenities such as community pool, fitness center, and tennis courts included with your rental package. If desired, a special seasonal golf package is available at additional cost. Crown Colony is located within a short driving distance to the airport, beaches, hospitals, shopping and Sanibel/Captiva Islands. Watch the sun rise and enjoy breakfast from your comfortable lanai or separate breakfast area. Your home away from home includes a master bedroom with king size bed and large adjoining bath with direct access to the lanai. A guest bedroom features a queen size bed and adjacent full bathroom. There is also a complete kitchen, comfortable gathering area, separate den, utility room and two car garage. Local telephone, cable TV and broadband internet service included. With 1630 square feet of air conditioned living area there is ample space to move about.

My husband and I stayed at this condo during September and October 2016 and would highly recommend it. It's well maintained and provided all the amenities needed for a lovely stay. The lanai view brought the outside in, with a wonderful view of the lake.
It's located in Crown Colony, which is a beautiful golf community located close to the Gulf of Mexico beaches and bridge to Sanibel/Captiva. The owner, Bill, is friendly and very accommodating. The neighborhood is well maintained and safe. There's a community pool, fitness center and tennis courts available for a very small fee. A large variety of restaurants and activities are close by. It was a real plus having a two car garage connected to the condo. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
My wife and I spent Sept. 2015 in this unit. We've been vacationing in Crown Colony with a relative for the last 6 years. This vacation was absolutely the best. The unit is located close to the rear entrance to Crown Colony. It has all the amenities and is in excellent shape. This year we had our own alligator in the lake, and we truly enjoyed watching him and all the birds that frequent the lake. Working with the owner was an easy experience, and our neighbors were very friendly. We hope to stay there again this year.
We rented this condo for 3 months during the winter of 2013. The owner was there to greet us and took care of any issues we had the whole 3 months. The condo is exactly as pictured. Crown Colony is a wonderful development and in the best location in Fort Myers. The condo was clean and well maintained.
We have been coming to Southern Florida for 14 years and this is the best place we have rented. Bill was kind enough to let us bring our two Westies and they loved it, too. Pool is great and so is the golf. We would recommend to everyone.
My wife and I just concluded a four month stay in this unit. Wonderful experience. The view of the lake and wild life ( Audubon approved golf course) was beyond our wildest imagination. From our lanai we watched yesterday a bald eagle parry with a hawk over the former's fish prey. The unit itself is very well furnished. What was missing the owners immediately procured for us. This was our first experience in seasonal renting and we loved the community so much ( Crown Colony) we bought a condo here ourselves last week. Anyone staying at this unit will not be disappointed in the condo, the community or for that matter the amount of activities one can engage in in Ft Myers ,i.e., Sanibel, Ft. Beach, local restaurants, etc. It also is very sunny and bright, which my wife loved. A no-brainer for a fool-proof vacation.
Having owned a single family villa in Crown Colony for 7 years before selling in April 2011, we decided to try renting in Crown Colony whilst we "tied up a few loose ends". The coach home we rented was lovely and felt like "home from home". It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, lovely views and wildlife to be seen from the lanai and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.
Close to all beaches and amenities and you can choose to relax on the lanai or visit the nearby attractions. Would recommend Sanibel Spa Resort for that special evening meal and Bayfront Bistro on the beach.
Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are only a 20 minute drive away and 30 minutes to Naples. Supermarkets, drug stores and restaurants five minutes away. Hospitals a short 10 minute drive.
