Gorgeous Spanish Style Canal Front Home, on Snake Creek, only 200 ft out to the Ocean. 4 private bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Rain Shower & Spa tub. Fully Renovated kitchen. Cut-in Boat Slip, Private Pool, Hot-Tub. Outdoor sitting foyer with a Bar & Wine fridge. 2 balconies and a lovely Sundeck. Upstairs has two bedrooms, Ground level has one queen bedroom, last queen suite is detached in pool house. House is 2 miles outside of Islamorada Village in a private community. This home has great character, we enjoyed our stay and will be back. The home owner and property managers are top notch and really made us feel welcome, Thanks again!
We had a wonderful time on our vacation; the house was very accommodating the location was fantastic to get to the Atlantic or the Gulf. Hard to find a house with a private pool and hot tub in the location we wanted; hope to return in the fall.

The bedrooms and beds were ideal for two families. Comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed for vacation. Property manager was responsive to requests. Pool and hot tub were great. Quiet street.
Some minor issues we had that were not deal breakers at all. Gas
Stovetop cooks really really slowly like the burners don't get hot enough. Downstairs shower is very dark. The curtains in the downstairs bedroom are sheer so there's no privacy in that bedroom with people sitting by the pool.
Overall great stay.
What a fun place to stay in the Keys, our whole family loved it. Having our own pool and hot tub was great! As was the brand new gourmet kitchen and master bath rain shower! Such a great stay, Thanks!
If you're looking for a luxury getaway - this is not your place. We spent the first 2 days with repairmen coming and going. Fridge was cool - but not cold - and alarm went off every 15 minutes and had to be reset to quit beeping. Service guy couldn't get the part until after our stay - so they sent an old fridge for the interim. Microwave wouldn't shut off - so the sent a new one to the house and left it on the lower level for us to haul upstairs and unpack. Water heater in the separate bedroom wouldn't work - so they asked us to use the bathroom across the patio. 12 x 12 patio blocks were placed on top of small gravel stones in the driveway -which are uneven and very treacherous. Be careful!! Pool tiles are cracked along an old patio outside of the lower bedroom - which are very sharp - beware. The wood column under the kitchen patio is partially missing on top - I don't know if there is a metal support inside the column or not - but I'd be careful on that patio. Chair covering on one dining room chair is torn across the whole surface (not to mention a pair of men's boxers were still there). The dining room table is missing the glass top - which the prop.mgr. says it never had one - but if you have a recessed wicker inset - you need a top of some kind to make a flat surface. (Not to mention the wicker inset is bowed also not flat). By the way - when I contacted the prop.mgr. after our stay - she threatened to withhold our damage dep. if I wrote a bad review. I did talk to the owner - seems quite nice. Even sent us flowers because of all the problems at the house. He said there had been a storm - and probably caused a lot of the problems. I agree - but there are a lot of other issues there. The house is for sale and the prop.mgr. says the reason it hasn't sold is because they "aren't showing it right". You'd think after a storm the prop.mgr. would check out their properties not expect the next renter to spend 2 days trying to get stuff fixed. The owner offered us free weekend stay for all of our troubles. Thanks - but not interested. If you're going there to spend your time fishing - this may be your place - if you're looking for a luxurious vacation rental --- keep looking. I've rented a lot of properties before and have never even felt I needed to rate them - they have all been great. We even considered leaving this house and trying to catch a cruise out of Miami for our week !!!
Owner needs to put 5-10k in home to keep it up but it is for sale so I assume they are just hanging on. In a 4 bedroom house I expect more than 8 total towels. Had ant and bug issue. No extra blankets in whole house. Several kitchen appliances broken. Needed to buy and replace many cooking items in kitchen. Boat dock was in such disrepair couldn't let kids walk on it. Paint job needed in house. Kitchen table and chairs need to be thrown away. House had lots of potential and space and nice pool and jacuzzi though it was filthy and the pool strainer to clean was broken. Nice to have own dock for boat, but it needs to be repaired. Needs just an overall major refresh and upkeep for this price for a rental.
