While attending college, Dr. Iacobelli was employed part-time as a construction manager for several large general contractors. He has maintained a builder's license in the state of Michigan since 1984.
Due to time constraints placed upon him by the professional, multi-location orthodontic practices and numerous teaching activities to dentists and other orthodontists, Dr. Iacobelli has been more involved in the acquisition, renovation and management of existing properties, although he has developed numerous properties in his portfolio.

This property was wonderful! We stayed here for a wedding that was close by and we had more than enough room for the 10 of us.
The house was clean, there was plenty of parking, and the backyard/pool area is gorgeous!
The only downfalls were the water pressure in the shower of the master bathroom and we couldn't seem to get the temperature of the hot tub up, so it was about the same temperature as the pool the whole time.
However, these were minor compared to everything else that was perfect!
Would definitely stay here again and would recommend everyone else to stay here as well!
My family and I celebrated my 60th Birthday. This property more than met our expectations, it was fabulous! There was plenty of space for a group of 10 and the guest house with 2 all inclusive apartments were perfect for my two adult children and their family including a refrigerator and stove in each one. Sascha was available, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed the pool, spa, sauna, pickle ball court and a BBQ. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy my special day in such a wonderful house!
Some friends and I stayed here and we had a great time! We went wine tasting during the day and spent the rest of the time at the house BBQing and hanging out in the pool. The property manager is friendly and was understanding when we forgot to put the waiver outside. This place is great for anybody who wants a good amount of space to hang out and relax with friends and family.
Lovely home but major water pressure issue in main house. We were there for a wedding and people couldn't wash hair. It's an awesome place but do not rent until that is fixed! We were told only 1 person could shower at a time but it did not matter. There was no water pressure period.
Sasha was great & a very hospitable host. The winery was great and convenient being right around the corner. The house itself was bright, lush and very well kept.. GREAT RETREAT!!! would go back in a second!
We really enjoyed our relaxing family weekend in Fallbrook. We spent a lot of time in the pool, dinners on the patio, hiked up Montserrat, (within walking distance,), watched the Super Moon by the pool, went to the Fallbrook Brewery and Myrtle Creek and just kicked back. This is a good house for a low key weekend. The beds are very comfy and the pool towels new.
That said, our stay could have been better. The house has a significant water pressure and temperature issue. The owners are aware, but may not be aware how hard it is to wash dishes while someone showers. The dishwasher didn't work initially. The property manager came by the second day and jiggled it and it worked the rest of the stay. But our family washed a lot of dishes with those first meals. With limited hot water, it isn't the best set up for a large family stay.
We also didn't get that "welcome, we are so glad you are here feeling". There were a ton of cobwebs inside and out. I cleaned as many as I could reach before our family arrived. And, the house was hot without the air conditioning (100 degrees outside) and no electricity in one of the separate guest units which we had to turn on at the fuse box. We had to ask for light bulbs too. These kind of details just kept popping up thru out the weekend.
