Aloha~This is a bittersweet message...We have had long term renters who've stayed for 4 months, every year, since the 1980's. This is the first year that they will not be returning. Our beautiful townhouse 35A, is located on the Wailea Ekahi greenbelt where you are minutes from the most heavenly beach you would ever want dip your toes into. You are able to enjoy gorgeous views from every lanai and bedroom window. This two bedroom two 1/2 bath is furnished with an oriental/hawaiian decor that will take your breath away~

Our spacious townhouse is 1,945 sq. ft with every amenity you desire. A beautiful master with a gorgeous picture like view. A fully equipped bath and two his and hers' closets. A separate lanai with a beautiful view.

The second bedroom has two twin beds with its own private bathroom. A separate lanai with a beautiful view.

Our townhouse is equipped with an updated air conditioned system that has separate remote controls for each room. Ceiling fans in everyone room and bathroom. A full -size washer and dryer. We have 3 lanais off the living and dining room area with a gas BBQ. An updated kitchen and pantry~ Free WiFi internet access~Ipod stereo system~Flat screen TV in living room and master bedroom.

My parents loved and appreciated Maui, and did their best to share the Aloha Spirit. With that idea, Maui A Place Apart began. Many call my mom, Lois Enslow, the pioneer at Wailea Ekahi. The love and respect my mom instilled in the hearts of many who live on Island, and to those who visit Maui, have inspired our family to follow in her footsteps.
