Beautiful spacious home!! So close to downtown, the boardwalk and many sights to see. This house had plenty of space for our family of 12 that visited for a week. Beautifully decorated and updated.....no complaints at all, highly recommend!!

Exceptional Comfort and Location!

  • 5 of 5

Recommend this property for those looking to house a large group in downtown Charlottetown. The house is stately, spacious and well kept. We enjoyed having a central place to start our day and visit various parts of PEI returning late afternoon, then off for a refreshment and dinner at great restaurants all within walking distance. The house was walk in ready with a kitchen fully functional to prepare meals just like home if desired. My thanks to the owner and VRBO for making our PEI golf week fantastic!

Extremely attractive and well appointed.

  • 5 of 5

The property is first rate and the location is within walking distance of nearly everything in Charlottetown. The property was immaculate when we arrived. We were able to relax and enjoy PEI with this as our "command center."

Wonderful Home for Our Adult Family of Ten

  • 5 of 5

My siblings and spouses couldn't have chosen a better location and we just loved this beautiful Victorian. It was spacious and accommodated us well including the ample kitchen for our many eat in dinners. Having a full bath for each bedroom really sealed the choice for us. Also the one bedroom on ground level was perfect for my sister-in-law with MS. The original fireplaces in some of the bedrooms were amazing. We even enjoyed the horse & carriage tours that went by each day. We didn't realize how close we were to Victoria Park until we arrived and found it to be a stones throw away. Took advantage of its lovely boardwalk and ice cream stand. Highly recommend taking in the Lt. Governor's mansion and Beaconsfield House both just across the street. The bedroom on the third floor is stunning but we gave it to our youngest as that many stairs take stamina. Being close enough to walk downtown was a bonus and we enjoyed some of the unique shops. This home is as good as any five star hotel and you won't be disappointed. One of the outside steps needed a repair and management sent someone right out that day to fix it. We would highly recommend renting this gorgeous home!

Wonderful property with very attentive property manager!

  • 5 of 5

This house was beautiful on a lovely tree lined street and served our family well. We stayed for a week while researching our family tree. Bedrooms and baths were well appointed, clean and included robes! House big enough to provide privacy for all guests and yet great dining/living room/wrap-around porch for time talking, playing games, meals. The remodel was done very well - great beds, each room well decorated . Air conditioners in every room although not needed during our stay. Located just a half block from the water and walking trail to the lighthouse. I would recommend this property to anyone and will definitely come for a stay again. It is definitely a good value for multiple guests!
