Our extra-large suite is perfectly located across from a beach access in a private garden setting. Enjoy fine dining, beaches and trails all in short walking distance. Wineries, gyro beach and dt are just minutes away.
This suite is perfect for a couple or a family. There is a very comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, as well as a high quality futon. The bedroom also has 2 bookcases, a dresser, desk and wall-length closet, and there is still plenty of room for a packaway crib if needed (crib and high chair included).
In the huge living room, enjoy plenty of seating, a flat screen tv with premium cable and video game systems, a fooseball table, and more room for a blow up queen mattress. A full size w/d is located in the closet.
Enjoy many meals at home in the complete kitchen. There is a reasonable sized fridge and freezer, microwave, ice maker, and blender. There is no longer a full-size range/oven, but you will not be limited by what you can cook on the countertop toaster oven that can accommodate two 12' pizzas or rotiserie a small chicken.
Long weekends require a 3 night minimum booking and regular weekends are a 2 night minimum stay unless agreed by the host. Please no more than 4 adults above the age of 18. Maximum 14 night stay.
Guests will have access to off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles, a shaded patio with dining table and private BBQ, a private entrance to come and go 24hrs, in-suite laundry and outdoor lounge seating under the pergola.
Located in the best neighbourhood in kelowna, we are a very short walk to a 24hr convenience store, restaurants, walk-in clinics, pharmacies, liquor stores, lesser-known beaches, playgrounds, h2o recreation centre, boat rentals and a 16km walking and biking trail. A further walk or short drive bring you to gyro beach, pandosy village shopping village, sarsons beach, summerhill winery, dt kelowna and the tressle bike trails. If you plan to enjoy lake okanagon and the best shopping and dining in kelowna, this is the place to stay!

I'm a stay at home mom to my two small children and Boston Terrier puppy. We live an exciting and active life in beautiful Kelowna and love to entertain and share it with others. While we will be upstairs and around most of the time, we want our guests to enjoy as much privacy as they desire, or to become a part of our busy family if that is what you are looking for! We are new to this business but will try our best to meet or exceed all of your expectations and hope that you try to communicate any desires or anything lacking in your accommodations so that we can always improve our guests experience.

We love this neighbourhood, it is the best location in Kelowna! As an added bonus, we think our beautiful yard is pretty exceptional too, it is like living in a private park.
Enjoy the most walkable beach neighbourhood in Kelowna. Just 1km from the Playa Del Sol resort, enjoy all of the same neighbourhood features for a fraction of the cost in a larger space!
Unit was well maintained and clean. Only complaint is that the stove and fan have been removed from kitchen.
There is a very small beach within walking distance but not much there other than a place to sit(bring your own chairs) and the water. The other larger nicer beaches are about 7-10 minutes away by car but if it's a weekend or holiday plan to go early to find parking because they get very crowded.
We stayed here for a quick weekend trip to Kelowna. Jennifer was easy to contact and sent us very specific details about her suite. We appreciated that the cupboards were stocked with coffee and breakfast food. The beds were comfy and had lovely linens. We would definitely stay here again.
Family was there when we needed them, even went the extra mile in loaning us their bikes!
The outside needs attention. They had some goodies in the frig... very nice!

I misread some of the information on the website but in spite of that, the place was very clean, spacious and well maintained and the owners were very friendly and accessible without being intrusive. I would certainly recommend the property to a friend or relative.
The lodging was close to the trail head for the Mission Creek trail through town and we bicycled along that trail as well as the Myra Canyon trestles, which were further away. We enjoyed some dinners out and went back to one of our favorite wineries and took a look at some new subdivisions in the Kelowna and Penticton area.
A comfortable suite with friendly owners; we enjoyed our time in Kelowna. The proximity of the suite to the beach, shops, hotels, & restaurants was great (even with a wee bit of construction going on) and it's all within walking distance. The suite was well maintained, clean, and contained everything we needed (and more) for our stay. Communication w/ owner was great regarding check-in/out, access, parking etc. Would definitely stay here again!
Kelowna is an amazing destination for both families and couples. Both can enjoy an amazing summer and winter destination. In the summer, the activities are endless.
Our suite is conveniently located in Lower Mission, just steps to some of the best beaches in Kelowna, coffee shops, a marina, boat, seadoo and paddleboard rentals, a fantastic 16km greenway for running, hiking and biking, the magnificent H2O recreation centre, the library and skating rinks. A short drive will bring you to more biking, world-class wineries, Pandosy village featuring exciting shopping and dining, and downtown.
In winter, enjoy more skating, the H2O recreation centre, and less than an hour's drive to many world-class ski resorts. There is also exciting outdoor recreation such as ATVing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and hunting.
