Ski mountains, hiking trails, Quechee Gorge, Quechee Hot Air Balloon Festival (Father's Day Weekend), and Simon Pierce Glass Factory are just a half mile down the road. The Town of Woodstock and Marsh, Billings, and Rockefeller National Park are a seven-and-a-half mile drive.

The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer, which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options and a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. Other great on-site amenities include a resort spa with massages, a game room, a playground next to Lake Pinneo (with boat access), and snowboarding. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly. There is free ice skating provided at Quechee Club.

This two-story home away from home enjoys a welcoming living room with an electric fireplace to keep you nice and warm and a TV for endless entertainment during your stay. Cuddle up by the warmth of the fireplace to watch TV, play board games and puzzles, or get lost in your favorite book. The beautiful wooded deck with tree-lined views and a convenient outdoor dining area and grill are attached to the living room. The home's kitchen has been supplied with all the essentials to prepare culinary masterpieces for the group. A fantastic perk of this home is its wonderful location across the street from the Quechee Gorge and River. You can walk across the street with a floatie and hop in the river if you would like to experience a natural "lazy river"!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is no pool in the complex or the property. However, you can access the Quechee Club amenities for a fee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
