The lake house is located on the west side of the lake and offers wonderful sunrises and also keeps the heat of the late afternoon sun at bay. Enjoy eating lunch and dinner on the patio or deck. Lounge by the lake and read a book or catch some sun on one of the chaise lounges. Grab a fishing pole! The Lake House is located near some of the best fishing spots on the lake. Pull in a large and small mouth bass, northern pike right off the dock. Take a swim or grab a float and enjoy the water!
There is a two car garage and plenty of parking on the street. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Retired on limited income and very involved with family.
Hobbies are reading, traveling, gardening. I live on this property and wish to rent a portion of the year to allow me to keep and enjoy the property. I have a daughter and son who live nearby that I will live with when the property is rented. I'm hoping that whoever rents will treat this home like their own and will love it and want to return each year.

If your family is looking for the perfect lakefront getaway this is the property for you. We have nothing but positive things to say about this wonderful Lakefront home. The home is beautifully decorated and spotless. The kitchen has everything you need along with top notch appliances. All the beds are comfortable and Carol supplied us with more than enough towels (for the bathrooms and the lake). You also can enjoy the large patio overlooking the lake complete with beautiful outdoor furniture, three kayaks, a rowboat, a new gas grill, a hot tub that is cleaned and maintained weekly, two refrigerators, the use of the two-car garage, plus more!!!. Putting two vehicles in the garage made it nice for when our kids came down - they didn't have to park on the shoulder of the road. Lots of fish were caught off the dock too. Carol, the owner was a pleasure to work with, she is responsive to any questions or concerns.
My family stayed in this home while visiting family in the area. It is a beautiful and clean home that gave us time together as a family while still providing space to be alone and enjoy the beautiful lake. Our kids enjoyed using the kayaks, watching other boaters, making smores at night, and more. It was easy to get to Rochester from here too.
The homeowner was so easy to work with--answering questions, booking the home, checking in, and checking out. When we return to this area, we will definitely try to rent this home again. Well worth it!
Beautiful and comfortable lake house. Spotlessly clean, all the bells and whistles included. Carol, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. House is situated on a gorgeous section of the lake. We really relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. Fantastic value !
Thank You Carol !!!!!
