This renovated condo is located on a street with multi-million dollar houses, a coveted location for the vacationers from all over the world.
No car is needed! There is a free bus that runs every 20-30 minutes and will take you to the Vail Village in 7-10 minutes. But if you have a car, there is only ONE car parking spot/covered car port available for this property. TANDEM parking is allowed ONLY DURING OFF SNOW season. Otherwise, you will receive a ticket! There is a public parking .2 miles from the condo on the street below - first come first serve! NO PARKING there during the scheduled snow removal: every Friday 8 AM to Noon.

Sleeping arrangements: A California King size bed is in one bedroom, a Queen size bed is in the other bedroom,and a full size pull out sofa is in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need.
There are extra sets of sheets, towels, blankets and extra pillows, iron and ironing board in the laundry room. Down-comforters are provided for each of the beds.

Please treat my home as your own and respect my neighbors.
NO wild parties are allowed. Responsible tenants are welcome!
NO walking in shoes inside the unit!!!
ONE parking spot is available; no tandem parking is allowed.
Store you snow boards and skies in a storage closet next to a car port outside.
AT CHECKOUT: please take all the trash to the trash bin outside the condo, turn all the lights and fans off and set thermostats at 60 degrees.
PLEASE REPORT any issues with the condo, any damaged or missing items ASAP.

Bus ride to Vail Village terminal is approximately 7 minutes. Bus leaves every 20 minutes during the day, and every 30 minutes in the evening. You will find a schedule on the kitchen table of the condo.
Grocery stores, Safeway and City Market, are located approximately 2 miles West on N. Frontage Rd., as well as fast food, pizza and other restaurants and liquor stores. Enjoy fine dining and shopping in Vail Village with free parking in the Village and Lions Head parking structures after 3:00 PM.

From Interstate 70 take Vail Exit #174, enter roundabout and take a right to N. Frontafe Rd., left on N. Frontage Rd. going West, continue 1 mile, turn rignt onto Red Sandstone Rd., continue 0.3 miles, turn left onto Vail View Dr., continue 0.1 miles, turn slight right onto Sandstone Dr., continue 0.1 miles, to the two story-first building on the left, unit #401 is located approximately at the center of the building. Park in a car port identified as #401.
