Not many properties in Vail offer incredible views of the Vail Valley, Gore Range, Lionshead and the Vail Village. You can see it all from the windows of this cozy condo!

This renovated condo is located on a street with multi-million dollar houses, a coveted location for the vacationers from all over the world.

No car is needed! There is a free bus that runs every 20-30 minutes and will take you to the Vail Village in 7-10 minutes. But if you have a car, there is only ONE car parking spot/covered car port available for this property. TANDEM parking is allowed ONLY DURING OFF SNOW season. Otherwise, you will receive a ticket! There is a public parking .2 miles from the condo on the street below - first come first serve! NO PARKING there during the scheduled snow removal: every Friday 8 AM to Noon.

Enjoy your time using a lap top or a glass of wine in the relaxation area along the windows, which capture breath taking views. High speed internet and cable TV along with APPLE TV are offered during the ski season. BEWARE: only basic internet and Apple TV are offered during off ski season.

Sleeping arrangements: A California King size bed is in one bedroom, a Queen size bed is in the other bedroom,and a full size pull out sofa is in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need.

There are extra sets of sheets, towels, blankets and extra pillows, iron and ironing board in the laundry room. Down-comforters are provided for each of the beds.

Bus ride to Vail Village terminal is approximately 7 minutes. Bus leaves every 20 minutes during the day, and every 30 minutes in the evening. You will find a schedule on the kitchen table of the condo.

Grocery stores, Safeway and City Market, are located approximately 2 miles West on N. Frontage Rd., as well as fast food, pizza and other restaurants and liquor stores. Enjoy fine dining and shopping in Vail Village with free parking in the Village and Lions Head parking structures after 3:00 PM.

From Interstate 70 take Vail Exit #174, enter roundabout and take a right to N. Frontafe Rd., left on N. Frontage Rd. going West, continue 1 mile, turn rignt onto Red Sandstone Rd., continue 0.3 miles, turn left onto Vail View Dr., continue 0.1 miles, turn slight right onto Sandstone Dr., continue 0.1 miles, to the two story-first building on the left, unit #401 is located approximately at the center of the building. Park in a car port identified as #401.

The condo was perfectly situated for views and location. Friends came to stay with us. Limited Apple TV that we could not operate. Dishwasher was broken and owner did not fix. We all wanted to see news and other TV shows when relaxing from golf day. Disappointing week! Loved Vail in the summer.

Owner's Response: There was a clear description of the amenities on the web site, which specifically stated that a cable TV was not offered during the slow season in the summer vs a busy ski season. Another tenant of mine comes every year to stay in my property, and she has no problem using an Apple TV. I assume you simply do not know how to use it. Please read carefully the details before you book a place in the future. If you would express your dissatisfaction, I would reimburse 100% of your cost. You, probably, well aware that you would have to pay much more for a hotel room in Vail. I am very sorry you did not like my beautiful spacious renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with a full kitchen and free parking (while parking spot will cost you $30/day anywhere else). I have to correct you re: the dishwasher. It was working, but the panel got loose, and I had to order it. It has been delivered right after you left, and the dishwasher panel has been replaced. I wish you would have some mercy...While I was out of the country, my husband tried his best to accommodate you. I wish you all the best in your future rental experiences. I would not welcome complainers though. Regards.

Very comfortable, Great view!

Stayed there over an extended summer weekend with my family (Wife & two sons) for a wedding held at the Vail mountain top event platform. The condo was beautiful, clean, very well maintained and comfortable and the view looking east up the Vail valley and into Vail Village was a real treat- I didn't want to leave. Bedrooms are comfortable and fold out beds make the place comfortable easily for four, but could comfortably hold more. Bathrooms had high end fixtures. Kitchen is well stocked if you need to prepare meals (we did not), has dishes and plates for a sit down meal. I personally struggled with access to the Internet when I needed to deal with unexpected work repeated problems, and had to go to vail village for better/stable internet connection. TV was dependent on Internet access so we watched no TV in the short time we were there. The condo is located on a hill with beautiful hiking trails (with stunning views, bring water and expect to breathe heavily unless you are in GREAT shape) and mountain biking (not for beginners) all right outside the door. Bus stop just down the street about 500 feet from the door gives you access to pretty much everything in Vail even without a car. Shopping center about 1.5 miles away has groceries, coffee shops and pharmacy. The property owners were courteous and very responsive. Nearby summer activities are nearly boundless. Take in the Vail mountain top adventure rides and take your mountain bike up the gondola to ride down (intermediate or expert riders). Very fit riders can ride up the mountain on well maintained trails and see moose like my son and I did!

We stayed in this condo for 3 days and had a great time. Great location, beautiful view, very comfortable. Very attentive owner and available if we had any question. Will love to go back and stay there again.

Great view, lovely stay

We really loved this Vail condo. We booked it mostly for the view because we were in town to shoot a wedding, and this gave us the opportunity to get timelapses over Vail from our window. The Aspens right by the building limit the view a little bit, but it is still gorgeous and we did have a good gap between some of the trees to see over Vail Village. The kitchen had everything we needed in the way of dishes, as well as some basics (salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc...). The bedding was super comfy!!! I will point out there is no AC... this is to be expected in many places in the mountains, we just happened to be in town during a nation-wide heat wave and locals said it was "unusually warm" so even with the cool night air coming in open windows and fans going, it was a little bit uncomfortable up in the bedrooms. Of course this is no fault of the owner, just pointing out that if you happen to be in town when it's hot, you may be more comfortable sleeping on the sleeper sofa downstairs than in one of the bedrooms upstairs. The living room stayed nice and cool. I think our only complaint would be the Apple TV & internet speed. We watched a few movies & TV shows, and the NBA finals live on the ESPN Go app, and I tried to work on my laptop some since this was a work trip for us. The image quality of the game was pretty bad 50% of the time, and it froze several times. The movies also had to pause to buffer several times, and once we never could get a TV series to load. It's a minor thing, especially if you plan to spend most of your time out and about, but a faster connection definitely would be a nice improvement. Overall we really loved our stay here.

Couldn't really ask for more.

This condo is a fantastic place to stay in Vail. The villages are very accessible, and the Sandstone shuttle is VERY convenient and easy to use. The views from this condo probably rival most anywhere in the area and being slightly removed from the noise and hum drum of the village is refreshing. Further, being on the other side of the highway places you in a more convenient position to get to the grocery, post office, and other things that you may want/need especially for an extended stay.

As for the accommodations themselves.... this is a very nice, well kept, and nicely appointed condo. Comfy couches, welcoming spaces, nice appliances, plenty of sheets and towels, and many of the little things that you may have forgotten! Our stay was for 2 couples, so each couple had their own bed/bath. Hard for me to say exactly, but there was room enough for more guests to have had comfortable sleeping arrangement, though "personal space" may begin to be in short supply.

The owner was easy to communicate with and attentive to my needs. My reservation was handled promptly as were my questions.

Overall, you should book this place. But please, when you go, take care of it! I want to go back again, and hope to find that it has been treated nicely and preserved for us all to enjoy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend booking this unit. There was the perfect amount of space for us - we were two couples but there is room for more with several pull-out options and plenty of sitting options in the living area. The unit is nicely decorated with comfortable spots for reading or watching the large flat screen TV. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and utensils if you enjoy cooking. The unit is quiet with a beautiful view. We especially appreciated the covered parking spot as we arrived in a 14 inch snowstorm. All in all the unit is well-represented in its description and Albina promptly responded to my emails. We are looking forward to returning next winter!
