My property is located right on the beach, surrounded by multimillion dollar condominiums and single family homes.
Public transportation right in the front of the building, restaurants, Gulfstream Casino, shopping centers, malls like Aventura Mall just minutes away.
My Studio is the only property in the whole building with so many upgrades.
I want to thank the owner for the nice apartment. Everything was clean and tidy for our arrival. The owner of the apartment helped us to solve any problems and always responded quickly to our emails. we had a good time on the beach and all the praise! We are grateful to the owner of our apartment for a good rest.
We had a wonderful time on this vacation. My kids loved the pool. My wife and I loved the beach. We have memories to last a life time.

5. 10 minute walk to Publix, Liquor Store, Pharmacy. If you will shop for a lot of groceries, a $10 taxi ride will be needed.
6. The room was in good condition and clean. The refrigerator is new and accommodates a lot of food and drink.
7. The owner responds very quick to email, text, or phone call.
8. The partial ocean view is absolutely gorgeous !!! The palm trees and ocean made for excellent pictures. Having a drink on the balcony was very relaxing.
1. The wifi was horrible. We had to use our cell phone data which cost us some additional money. This is a problem that Marco Polo Resort has through out the entire resort. They should really address that.
We loved staying at Jairo´s place right on the beach. His apartment is very comfortable, has a beautiful view of the ocean and the kitched is super complete, for those who like to cook in. We very much enjoyed having direct access to the beach and the location is perfect since you are close to all the main highways that take you to anywhere you could possibly want to go, while at the same time far from the more bustling and touristic areas of Miami. We used the valet parking and the staff is very polite as well. We would definitely recommend his place and hope to return soon!

Property clean and very well equipped. Building is well located and the place is in keeping with it. Staff is attentive and smiling. A little noise from the street early in the morning however but not to disturb the calmness in general. Umbrellas at the pool are a little bit too small. Wi-Fi not in operation the two first days of stay.
Jairo is very professional and if you have a problem, he will answer the phone immediately and solve it.
The only complain we had was the noise next door. Good thing they just stayed 4 nights.!!!!
We would certainly stay there again.
