the house is modern with Cherry wood floors, granite kitchen, Heated Jacuzzi tub, and great energy.

My home is a classic Craftsman lovingly rebuilt and 900 sg' added in the Craftsman Style. Cherry wood floors, built ins, a modern kitchen, the master bath had an awesome heated jacuzzi tub and a very private back yard. It isn't fancy it is a cool house in a very cool neighbourhood.

I am growing a Giant Redwood in the back yard it is about 19 ' tall. It is winter so the trumpet vines are cut back so the hemming birds are not as active.

The traditional living room is empty I use it for various band rehearsals and Zumba classes so that is your bonus room. the living room is now located in the old dining room.

You will have access to the entire house and backyard with the barbecue. The garage which is semi detached from the house has a private entrance. I will be moving my sports car in and out of the garage carport area.

Only if there is a problem. As stated I will only be by to get into the garage which is accessed from The carport area. I will be getting my sports car and suits that are stored there. We would arrange an easy way to communicate. Otherwise I have no desire to be around. I will be living on my sail boat. Tough life.

The house is nestled in University Heights on the North side of Adams Avenue. My home is at the beginning of the Adams Avenue Business District (website hidden) is considered user friendly with affordable classy restaurants, coffee shops with wonderful daily pastries, and a great breakfast joint, several wine bars interspersed over the 2.5 miles of eating and shopping. Not many neighbourhoods can boast of a tequila bar with over 209 different ones to choose. ( It's 3 blocks away) . Antique shops and a Peace park to meditate not more than a quarter block away.

The neighbours are friendly, and a big pine tree hides the front of the house.

The bus stop to go down town, Balboa Park or the Zoo is a quarter block away, the bus stop for Qualcomm Stadium is on Texas Street which is about 2 blocks away. I use the cab to go to the stadium to avoid driving or walk down Texas St to the trolley and go to the Stadiu/m. I feel everything is very walk-able.

The house has charm and has it's own seasonal personality as the wood adjusts to the weather. Pizza delivery is good, Chinese is near,

I have 2 flat screen TV that use a digital antennae and net flicks via my computer.

Location, Location, Location

Approximately 15 years ago I added an additional 900 sq' the older portion was taken down to the studs. What I ended up with is a home that is deceiving from the front.

The house has a custom kitchen, modernized front bathroom, and a master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and glass block wall. I do not have Air conditioning typically it is not needed except mid September through mid October and I don't share my home.

Cherry wood floors a small back that has a thriving Redwood Tree. Presently, a muralist is painting a wonderful scene on the back wall.

Is the house perfect NO her bones are over a 100 years old that is lovingly maintained. It is a nice home.

My home is located in an older classy community. I have restaurants, bars, coffee shops, eateries, meditation park, I am located close to the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, QualComm Stadium, and Petco Park and a short ride to Seaworld.

I felt like I was staying at my family's!

This was just what my family needed. We stayed at this beauty while dropping our daughter for her first year at SDSU. We were greeted by the amazing owner and showed all the little tricks and treasures of his home. It has everything! It is central to everything and we are all looking forward to coming back and staying in this GEM!! I would highly recommend this property! 6 stars if possible!!

This home was everything we wanted. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were well stocked and modern. Location can't be beat! The neighborhood was very quiet and the people jogging and walking by the house were friendly and kind. Our baby had a blast playing in the back yard which was cozy and accessible from the kitchen. Ed was an absolute pleasure as well. Very attentive and friendly! He genuinely made our family feel more like guests than customers. Highly recommend!!

Close to attractions

Overall a beautiful property but definitely not a family friendly property. If you have little ones the house can be a challenage. The owner is easy to communicate with and friendly. The house had no AC and it was particularly hot, he brought over extra fans but was still not comfortable. Advertised when we booked with AC but has since been changed to show none. We went home a day early due to the excessive heat. If they hadn't had temperatures in the 80s it would have been fine but the fans didn't quite cut it.

House is close to all the local attractions. Located in a cute area. Perfect for a couple traveling without little children.

Wonderful home away from home!!

What a lovely home to stay in! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The house was charming and much larger than what the pictures show. It fit our family of 6 comfortably for the 5 days we were in San Diego. The location was perfect. We were at most 20 minutes away from all the major attractions. The neighborhood was very quiet and the off street parking was nice. Ed was extremely helpful and had wonderful suggestions as to where to eat, what beaches to go to and let us know about all the events going on in the neighborhood. Overall, it was fantastic and would highly recommend anyone stay here. I know we'd do it again without hesitation.
