Architect Designed 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment In Brilliant Location

Great attention has been made to this newly renovated apartment to optimise charm, light and space. The marble floors extend to the large balcony which can comfortably accommodate four people sitting in the afternoon and evening sun. The living room enjoys the same views with a large comfy sofa and three easy chair designed by osvaldo borsani. There is a 40inch sony television with some 60 channels - several in english. The dining table was designed by norman foster no less and chairs by phillipe starck. Large double doors open out to views of the park with pilar church in the background.

The bright kitchen has all the modern conveniences including a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine and a corian counter top….. And views towards the charming café la biela.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, plenty of storage space and an ensuite with a very special italian designed double basin, suspended loo and bidet as well as bath and multi-faceted shower…. With a very big bright south facing window, onto the park as well.

Bedroom two has twins that could be pushed together and also plenty of space for clothes. Each bedroom has a safe for your passports and cash and both have the delightful park views. The second bathroom has a rain style shower, designed basin and loo.

There is air conditioning throughout – even in the kitchen.

The building has 24 hour security.

The apartment would suit a family of four very nicely or perhaps a couple who want a bit more space.

The highlight has to be the balcony with west facing views over the park.


The location and situation are just amazing. This is the heart of recoleta – perhaps the best neighbourhood in south america!? The famous café bar la biela is across the street, the alvear palace hotel is 2 blocks away, recoleta village mall with shops and cinemas is also 2 blocks. There are a dozen pleasant bars and restaurants very close and even more shops – mostly elegant. A very good supermarket is 2½ blocks away. A buenos aires tourist office is across the street as is a taxi rank. There are four ice cream parlours within 100 yards.

Great location with wonderful views.

All was wonderful with our holiday stay at Carlo's apartment. It is centerally located and near all the "must sees" in BA. The neighborhood is upscale and in the best part of the city. The pics clearly respersent the apartment; it was well maintained; and Carlos was readily available, if needed. I do recommend this apartment for your next visit to BA.

Perfect position and an uplifting view

Three New Zealanders enjoyed a winter visit to BA, even on grey days after visiting another interesting and grand location we could sit back and watch the activity in the park from our warm eyrie. Carlos was very welcoming, the apartment was so well located to everything.

Superb in all respects, incredible view & location

The location of, and view from, this apartment are absolutely phenomenal. My stay was for over 3 weeks and I could not have been happier. The apartment is upscale, well furnished, comfortable, perfectly located with a view that is stunning. The owner Carlos is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I am a retiree from New Orleans and I visit Buenos Aires, my favorite foreign city, every year. Of the many apartments where I have stayed, this was the best ever! It is within easy walking distance of many of the finest shops and some of the best restaurants in the city.

A supermarket is with 2 1/2 blocks away and if you want to go elsewhere in the city, It is always easy to get a taxi or an Uber. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee or breakfast or having wine or cocktails in the evening. The layout of the apartment is excellent and the kitchen is well equipped. The build has a doorman and two well working elevators. While you enter from Av. Quintana, the living rooms, bedrooms, and balcony face the plaza in front of Iglesia de Pilar. What a view!!! What a location!!!

This is a Fabulous Place!

We returned to this most excellent apartment having first stayed here three years ago. It remains a treat. The west facing balcony overlooking the park and the Pilar church is a delight any time of day. The rooms are all elegantly furnished and well proportioned. The main bathroom has the rare benefit of a window, that overlooks our favourite café / bar La Biela. There are well placed mirrors in most rooms.

The immediate neighbourhood – Recoleta – is the most elegant in all of Argentina, let alone BsAs. There is an abundance of eating, drinking, up-market shopping and grocery shopping in the area.

With the taxi rank across the street, and taxis being so reasonable, one can easily get to Palermo, San Telmo and the centre.

Carlos, the architect, who owns this apartment is most charming, helpful and easy to deal with. We told him we wanted to buy an engraved brass plaque and he did a lot of research to guide us to the right shop.

On location, situation, facilities and ease of administration and value we would give this a very high recommendation.

Beautiful apartment with superb view. Doesn`t get much better in BUE

The unit is freshly renovated with Italian taste in floors, lamps and some chairs.

It is clean and quite silent.

The location and view are one of the best you can get in Buenos Aires.

It is across the street of the famous café La Biela and overlooks the entrance to the also renowned cemetery Recoleta. the whole area is very nice and has cops everywhere making it pretty safe.

The owner, Carlos Croci, is a very pleasant gentleman with whom it is nice to deal. We have rented several units during these years and this is by far the best.
