About Michel Charbonneau
Born and raised in Montreal, my wife and I moved to Alberta in 1992 since we were both employees of Canadian Pacific Railway. When we first visited Alberta we fell in love with the Rockies and soon we dreamed about having one property in this area. This dream came to reality when we took possession of Cozy Loft in 2003 and to this day we still enjoy going to Canmore and all its associated outdoor activities and of course its proximity to the Banff National Park.

Canmore is the only place in Alberta where you can buy property in the Canadian Rockies. Everywhere else are national and provincial parks where owning a property including the land is not possible. Also the Bow Valley where Canmore is situated offers spectacular views of the mountains and is a growing resort town. Finally Canmore is only 1.5 hour from Calgary International Airport by car.

The view just can't be beat!
It was a really lovely property. We didn't spend too much time there because Banff and Canmore have a tendency to make you want to explore. This place is just beautiful and well-maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Michel keeps a wonderful property. I forgot to write in the guest book, but if I had, you'd find no complaints from me. I grabbed a whole bunch of cards to hand out to all my friends at home.
Excellent Location in the Heart of the Rocky Mountains
Well appointed condo that we really enjoyed. Excellent location with short walks to main street, Canmore. Owner Michel was prompt with all replies and queries and the condo was exactly as advertised. Would definitely love to stay there again.

The condo was perfect! When we arrived in Banff, I thought, oh maybe we should have booked somewhere in Banff...but after we arrived in Canmore, I was soooo happy we booked this unit! The mountains were incredible right outside our window! Safeway was literally a 5-minute walk away, as well as restaurants, and a huge Farmer's Market every Thursday, just a few blocks away! Not a touristy feel at all! Great communication with Michael! Wonderful stay!!
Breath taking views!!
Everything was as described. Unit was clean and we'll stocked for all of our needs. The security and garage parking was fabulous. We will come again!!
The perfect place!
We were so incredibly happy with our vacation and stay at this cozy loft! It was perfect for our family and exactly as advertised. We would absolutely recommend this condo and would stay here again!
