Situated in the Heart of Canmore, Cozy Loft offer you the best views of the Canadian Rockies and all the amenities of a luxury resort. Full kitchen, gas fireplace and BBQ, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms (lower and upper), underground parking tandem stall (2 cars), interior hot tub adjacent to the unit and two exterior ones in the two other buildings of the complex. Close to grocery and liquor stores as well as many restaurants and boutiques located on Main Street.

About Michel Charbonneau

Born and raised in Montreal, my wife and I moved to Alberta in 1992 since we were both employees of Canadian Pacific Railway. When we first visited Alberta we fell in love with the Rockies and soon we dreamed about having one property in this area. This dream came to reality when we took possession of Cozy Loft in 2003 and to this day we still enjoy going to Canmore and all its associated outdoor activities and of course its proximity to the Banff National Park.

Why Michel Charbonneau chose Alberta

Canmore is the only place in Alberta where you can buy property in the Canadian Rockies. Everywhere else are national and provincial parks where owning a property including the land is not possible. Also the Bow Valley where Canmore is situated offers spectacular views of the mountains and is a growing resort town. Finally Canmore is only 1.5 hour from Calgary International Airport by car.

What makes this condo unique

Location location location! Proximity to the city centre, food and liquors stores, boutiques, bars and restaurants and 10 minutes away from Banff National Park gate and spectacular view of the Canadian Rockies are the reasons why we selected the Canmore Crossing complex over any other condominium in the Bow Valley area.

Great location, fabulous view. Lives up to the name 'Cozy Loft'

This apartment was everything we expected and more. Fabulous views from the huge windows, very comfortable and well equipped and in a superb location. The windows are SW facing so pull the blinds down whilst you are out during the day otherwise the apartment gets really hot. We had the heating turned right down and hardly used the underfloor heating but still needed the ceiling fans at night. Located right next door to the indoor hot tub which was well needed after a day on the slopes. A real gem of a find and we will try and book again when we are next back in Canada.

Great location! Very quiet.

I loved the proximity to the grocery stores and other nearby stores. I was worried about noise from the street below, but the condo is on the fourth floor and feels separated from the busy-ness down below.

Excellent directions from the owner. Very cozy apartment. Great views. Very well equipped kitchen. Easy access to all facilities in Canmore. An easy commute to the skifields which offer excellent skiing. Hope to get the chance to stay again.

Great location, fabulous views

We stayed for 3 nights in December 2016. As others have stated, the location is fantastic with several grocery stores and many other shops and restaurants located in walking distance. The condo has a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances which made it easy to cook when we wanted to. The furniture was comfortable and the view was unbeatable. We also enjoyed the indoor (literally next door) and outdoor hot tubs.

The condo was very clean and has very new laminate flooring on the main floor. Michel was quick to answer any questions we had and provided detailed instructions on how to find the condo, the parkade, info on the area, etc. The condo is pet-free which was important to us since we have pet allergies; there were no issues with reactions to dust or pet dander during our stay.

The only downfall for us was the open bathroom in the loft. We were able to work around it, but you should be aware up front.

Highly recommended!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed Cozy Loft. As the name implies, Cozy Loft is very cozy. The location is outstanding (close to downtown), the configuration is great.

Our two boys stayed in the loft and had to get use to the exposed bathroom but they really had no issue with that.

The kitchen is well stocked.

Compared to other places and the prices, this place is good value.

And the view is awesome. Highly recommended.
