About Patsy Blake
Surfing snowboarding skiing smile maker. Joie de vivre - Get Ya Some! I grew up in Buffalo NY with all that snow, but didn't try snowboarding until later in life when my then teenage children convinced me that as a surfer I'd LOVE it- and they were right. I started skiing last season just to mix it up and skiing is amazing too. I love the mountain life. I currently live in Park City in winter, and Australia in southern hemisphere winter.
Patsy Blake purchased this Townhome in 2013
Why Patsy Blake chose Park Meadows
After becoming wild about snowboarding and skiing, I searched for the perfect mountain town to call home. I needed a place conveniently located to an airport with lots of snow. Bazinga! Park City. Not only is Park City awesome in winter, it's amazing in summer. Mountain biker's paradise, wonderful hiking and Utah has AMAZING national parks- Zion, Arches, Canyonlands and Bryce are great weekend roadtrips. For my golfing friends, the lovely Park Meadows golf course is right out your back door.
What makes this Townhome unique
Finding my mountain home was a challenge. I wanted all the amenities and conveniences Park City offers while maintaining a zenful lifestyle with plenty of green space. Racquet Club Village is perfect. Beautiful mountain views in a quiet setting, centrally located, 3 miles or less to three world class resorts- Deer Valley, Park City Mountain and Canyons and 2 miles to historic Downtown, right on the free bus route. It's perfect here. The snow is amazing, the altitude not too severe (7000') and the winter climate is dry and not that harsh. Lots to do, plenty to see, Sundance and super nice people. Park City truly is my idyllic mountain home. And if you think the mountains are amazing in winter- wait till you've visited in summer! Cool, dry climate perfect for warm weather activities. Stunning hiking, amazing mountain biking and bike trails all through town. Concerts, out door festivals, and outdoor pools and tennis right nearby. It's paradise found. My home backs up to the Park Meadows golf course- there's something for everyone all year long! Unit has water softener - great for skin that's been playing in the high desert mountains and reverse osmosis drinking water- great to replenish and rehydrate.

Charming and close to town
My wife, 3 daughters and I had a wonderful time at Patsys place! Very comfortable and convenient to Park City and all the great trails surrounding the area
Hooray! Thanks Jon, so glad you had a fab Labor Day.
Our yearly stay continues to merit 5 stars. Patsy does not sit on her laurels with this rating but continues to make improvements on a yearly basis. She is most considerate and responsive to making certain you have a positive experience!
Thanks so much Liz! I'll keep trying to impress. Thank you for being awesome guests!
This was one on my best home away vacation rentals. Although Patsy was not present you could feel her hospitality from a distance. She had thought of everything. You walk into the home and the first thing you see is a beautiful granite island in the kitchen that sits 6 people. The kitchen was fully stocked with different spices. Also a good supply of pots, pans and dishes, but only 2 wine glasses.
The bathrooms were fully stocked with every kind of toiletry. The towels were so soft and fluffy. The designs in each room were pleasing to the eye. The bedrooms have a ceiling fan and a Portable Evaporative Cooler..(Really Nice) Also, a teevee in each room. The master bedroom has an awesome comfortable bed with a speculator view of the golf course and hills. It was very relaxing to sit out on the master bedroom balcony early in the morning. The patio also had an amazing view and lots of seating.
We did not have any problems with internet, door codes, etc. Our first night was attending Disney In Concert at Deer Valley Amphitheater only 10 mins away, and then hanging out at the St. Regis hotel for dinner and beverages.
The property is in a really great location and has a quaint, upscale air about it.
Our day was sight seeing. We drove 30 minute to Salt Lake City to see what it had to offer. I have only 2 regrets, one that we did not stay longer and two that we didn’t get a chance to ride bikes.
My family is looking forward to returning in the near future. There were no complaints from friends or family for once. Thank you Pasty for answering all of my questions prior to arriving. Your speedy response was impressive.
Thank you for the kind words Lorraine! I will be sure to restock the wine glasses. Seems I go for months with a full set of 8, then boom, all gone at once. Would love to have you back again any time.
Great place for a family
We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament for our daughter and we brought our dog with us. The townhouse was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer with laundry detergent was a bonus! It was close to everything and the views were amazing!
So glad you enjoyed! We strive to keep all the little details in order so you can enjoy the main attraction - the beautiful view of the mountains. Thanks for noticing !
Perfect family getaway
We spent 5 days in Patsy's place and our in laws rented her other unit in the complex. Everything was wonderful and the access to the gym (MARC) and Park City trails could not be beat. We hope to return! We also traveled with our 4 year old son, and he is still talking about the awesome Creekside playground located less than a mile from the condo.
Thank you for being awesome guests. That playground is a Park City gem! Hope to see you again, you're welcome anytime.
