A comfortable one bedroom apartment measuring 50Sq Metres ( 540 square feet) in a great area of Paris close to the Bon Marche department store in St Germain des Pres.

The property is located one minute from the metro Sevres Babylone, and the building also hosts the Hermes fashion boutique.
The property is composed of a living room with sofa-bed (120cm wide so smaller than a regular double and best for 2 children or just 1 adult), dining area, kithen with all cooking and eating amenities.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and the bathroom is en suite – the TV is located in the bedroom.
The bathroom has a bath with shower and sink.
The toilet is next to the entrance hall of the apartment.
The apartment is on the first floor with an elevator. Please note that the apartment is level with the first floor courtyard so people do walk past the apartment windows.
The telephone has free calls to most European and North American landlines.
The flat screen TV has cable TV + DVD player (European DVD’s)and is located in the bedroom.
Close to rue du Bac and the Bon Marche this area is ideal for boutique shopping in St Germain, and ideal for visiting Paris and staying on the left bank.
Metro Sevres Babylone is across the road and the many buses take you to every area in Paris.
You are about 10mns walk to Boulevard Saint Germain, and a few minutes from the boutiques of St Germain and a few minutes to the Bon Marche department store with the finest gourmet food hall in Paris, and just step or take the elevator downstairs to browse the latest Hermes scarves.
There are 9 buses steps from the building taking you directly to all the sites. From the apartment you can walk to the Musee D'Orsay or the Louvres or hop on a bus for a few stops. Buses in the vicinity: 87-94-63-39-70-84-68
You are close to The Chapel of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal a chapel on rue du Bac, revered by Catholics as the site of three apparitions of the Virgin Mary in 1830.

It's hard to think up new things to write about an apartment that has been good enough to bring us back for four repeat visits. It's still convenient, clean and comfortable. The email booking process is quick and efficient and we'd like to think we'll return next year. Special thanks this time to Jaymes (?), our Paris contact, who was able to alert us to the fact that our arrival train was taking us to a different station from the one we were expecting – our fault, I'd misread the ticket information, and would have been extremely confused without his help.
Great location, very safe and within striking distance to great restaurants, cafes, and places to shop (both clothes and food). Beds were comfortable and the entire apartment was very clean upon our arrival. Management and agents were extremely organized and helpful while renting the apartment online and also meeting us there. Highly recommend.
The flat is just ideal : the location is brilliant, and the facilities are all excellent. Comfortable bed, good lights, well-laid out kitchen with all necessary equipment. Good security in the building, and decent noise-control. Food shopping within easy reach, and a good transport hub for buses and metro right at the door. Could not be better, we will certainly return.
We had stayed at the Picardie-The Marais twice and this time we decided to try apartment at Sevres-Paris St Germain and oh boy, we were delighted. The instruction to the address was clear and we were met by a pleasant gentleman, Mr Jaymes inside the apartment who explained and showed us around. Bon Marche was within minutes of walking distance and the metro was across the street. Plenty of restaurants around the area and one of the oldest and prestigious cafe, Cafe de Flore was within 10 minutes of walk. The apartment was cosy and bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and my wife wish there was an oven to do some baking. We will be back.
Great size for the 2 of us in an area we love! Wonderful Restaurants, Cafés and Brasseries are all in walking distance! We also like to cook and the kitchen offers enough to prepare a nice breakfast and lunch. Gourmet stores like Bon Marche are very close, so is the fresh and Bio market, which is 3x a week and fun to visit.
The TV however is geared for French speaking guests, it is missing German stations and CNN but has all finance channels. Free phone and internet make it easy to stay in touch witch friends.
The Metro is just across the street and has great connections to everywhere in the city.
Convenient for walks is the Luxembourg park!
Our fourth visit, so we're biased. It's still clean, comfortable and quiet (although not as quiet – a little "neighbour noise" – as during the French summer holidays when we've visited previously). All email booking dialogue and the meeting with the agent at the apartment the day we arrived worked very efficiently. And it's still just as close to the Luxembourg Gardens, Bon Marché and the métro.
