My husband and I visited our son and worked on "parents of the groom" details for his June wedding. This 1-1 apartment with separate reading room/study was so charming. We prefer staying in a "home away from home" setting rather than a traditional hotel, and this second floor apartment was ideally located for us. We walked to many of the places we wanted to go, including Cheesman Park, and we found that street parking was not too much of a challenge. This was an excellent location option, Cynthia was a lovely hostess (and quiet, too - we barely got to say more than hello during our four days there!) and we'll definitely come again!
Great stay, beautiful place and Cynthia the owner was super nice and accommodating.
We enjoyed the neighborhood, walking to parks, botanical gardens, local restaurants. Central location for us to gather with our family from opposite areas of Denver. Great location to all Denver has to offer. Comfortable bed! Bright and cheerful apartment. Cynthia is very accommodating which is always appreciated.
We had a wonderful few days in Denver. This house was great for 1-2 couples, and was walking distance to tons of great downtown restaurants and activities, and under a $10 uber ride from pretty much anywhere near downtown (breweries, convention center, etc.).
The unit is way bigger than it looks in photos, close to the 15 bus to get downtown and to Union Station, Cynthia was very attentive and accommodating - great rental option!
Even though it was only a few nights, it was a great two nights! My husband (who is typically hard to please) was in awe of how cozy and lovely this place was, and so was I! Close to everything and the owner was amazing! We'll definitely be staying here again!
