The oversized master bedroom, with exceptional views, has a king-sized bed plus a love seat that converts to a twin bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath.

The living room has a queen sofa bed and a love seat that converts to a twin bed. The well-equipped kitchen, with granite counter tops, has everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal. All appliances, including a washer/dryer are part of the conveniences of this exceptional home. The dining room provides a perfect place for entertaining. There's a third bath on the main floor with a shower. High speed wireless, two televisions and a natural gas grill are a few of its features.

Summit County is such a special place. It offers everything: skiing, boating, hiking, 4-wheeling, site-seeing and shopping. It's not that far from the Denver area where I live full time which makes it an easy drive to enjoy the townhouse whenever I can.

What makes this townhome unique

The home is conveniently located in the county. It's walking distance to the theater, grocery store, restaurants, shops and highways 6 & 9 plus I-70. The radiant in-the-floor heat throughout is a special benefit in the winter. The heated garage is also a plus and the views from the bedrooms are spectacular.

Great place to stay for our Holiday Ski Vacation!

The condo was centrally located to skiing (Keystone, A-basin, Copper) shopping and entertainment. Spacious condo was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the fireplace ,heated floors and garage - kept us warm and toasty! Ski boots left in the lower level were warm and ready to go in the morning. We are looking forward to a future stay!

Don't Stay Anywhere Else!

This townhome has quick and easy access to I-70 and is in a perfect central location to visit Vail, Breckenridge, Copper and other nearby ski resorts. With three bathrooms and three levels, it feels very spacious and welcoming. All the comforts of home are included in the furnishings and kitchen equipment. The townhome has amazing mountain views and we loved the fact that our car stayed warm and secure in the garage on the lower level. The owner was great to work with and I would highly recommend the townhome to others.

Great condo!

My family had a terrific stay at this Dillon condo. It is extremely comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed - from cookware to key spices to hair dryers in every bathroom. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have 3 bathrooms! The view from the condo is beautiful! It is literally up the street from a grocery store. We skied at Copper and Breckenridge while there - both were an easy drive from Dillon. We used the communal hot tubs once - would prefer outdoor hot tubs, but they were clean and enjoyable after a long day of skiing. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Awesome townhouse!

We were thoroughly impressed with this townhouse. It was very spacious for the five of us but could've easily slept 1-2 more depending on bedding needs. Having a washer/dryer and heated garage was a huge plus especially when transporting ski equipment. The location was very convenient to all ski locations, groceries, restaurants and shopping. The owner was great to work with and promptly responded to any questions we had before arrival. You can't go wrong with this unit!

Great Stay in Dillon

Pleasantly surprised. The town house is spacious and very accommodating. It is easy to find, conveniently located and comfortable. Booking and check-in were a breeze. The property was clean and most importantly quiet. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and there are plenty of blankets and a wide variety of pillows to match any need.

For the price and amount of space, you can't beat this property. No need to stay in a cramped condo in Frisco or on the lake front to enjoy your stay in Summit County.

The only negatives are very very minor. We use homeaway.com often so we have a good sense of the "little" touches that make a stay extra special. So I would suggest providing condiments (e.g. the items that a visitor is not inclined to buy, ketchup, mustard, soy sauce etc), coffee filters for the coffee maker, and some pens (that was odd, there were no writing instruments anywhere we could find).

All in all, a great property.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments. Condiments are not provided and the refrigerator is completely cleaned out after every guest departure because of hygiene concerns. There should have been coffee filters and I'll make sure to resupply.
