Charming and spacious with exceptional location

Thank you very much Carlos for hosting us in your impeccable condo. This is our 3rd visit and it just keeps getting better. Absolutely everything is walking distance. The beach, great restaurants (El Fogon, Kaxapa Factory, Cafe Orange, Aguachiles, Oasis, etc.), banks (HSBC, Scotia Bank), famous Quinta Avenida (with brand new shopping malls like Quinta Alegria and Paseo del Carmen), groceries (Wal-Mart, Mega, Oxxo, Extra, etc.), the lavanderia, and even a crossfit gym (Crossfit PDC) 1 block away in case you wan't to keep in shape during your vacation. We also enjoyed the beautiful roof terrace with the pool. The staff in the building was also very friendly. We will surely be back!

Wonderful location and condo owner

We rented this condo for a month and found it to be just as pretty and clean as described. We had a few minor things at first and Carlos was so prompt in returning our emails and taking care of the small glitches. The pool area, which is not Carlos's responsibility, was not up to par & when I finally mentioned it, he wished I had said something sooner so he could contact the owner. The location is great and we took his advice on restaurants & attractions. The cenotes were the BEST, as well as Alux Restaurant & Tabernacos. Again, I cannot stress too much what a pleasure it was to have Carlos as a host and I would definitely recommend his rental. Sergio at the front desk was also extremely helpful and everyone there was very pleasant. It was a wonderful month and we were glad to miss the 30 inches of snow PA received while we were gone!! Thank you so much, Carlos.

Great condo and location

I stayed at this condo for 6 weeks, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Carlos (the owner) was very helpful with information, and the condo is fantastic. I have stayed at several condos in Playa, and this one is at the top of the list. The condo is very well furnished, roomy, modern, and very clean. The location is great - just a few blocks to 5th avenue, and close to the Palacio Municipal and its park (they have shows/events at this location), but far enough away that there is very little to no noise at night. There is a phone for calls back to the US/Canada and a very good internet connection. The location is also very close to Walmart, other great stores along 30th avenue, and several great restaurants just off 5th avenue. Overall a great condo/location – I will certainly stay here again.

The condo was nothing short of amazing ,perfect

Condo was just as described , great location walk to 5th Ave. , walk to beautiful beaches , warm waters

Lots of great restaurants I really enjoyed Chesters and Sur had great steaks and seafood.

Walmart was so close we made many trips there walking to pick up everything we needed for meals in and having people over for Dinner.

The condo was very clean with designer decor throughout,

The owner was very attentive , overall a fantastic location , I will defiantly go back and highly recommend to anyone for a wonderful vacation rental

Beautiful Apartment!

Este apartamento nos encantó, está muy bien cuidado, moderno tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Carlos el dueño es muy amable y servicial siempre al pendiente de cada detalle y con muy buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes y actividades para hacer durante la estadía. Nos encantó la ubicación del apartamente a solo bloques de la famosa 5ta avenida. Muy conveniente el poder tener un supermercado como Walmart a solo una cuadra del apartamento. Otro buen factor es que en la calle paralela al apartamento está la estación del bus que te lleva directamente al aeropuerto por un precio muy económico. El edificio está muy bien cuidado, es un área segura y las personas del front desk son muy amables y te ayudan a hacer reservas a restaurantes como a cualquier otra excursion. En la azotea del edificio hay una area común con una hermosa piscina y un área para hacer BBQ. Nos encantó poder pasar tiempo en esa área y disfrutar de un hermoso día en la piscina hacienda BBQ. Estuvimos 10 días en Playa del Carmen por lo que pudimos tener nuestros días de descanso en el hermoso apartamento. Un detalle: es el tema de la electricidad que al ser muy cara en Playa del Carmen, el alquiler del apartamento te incluye cierto límite de consumo eléctrico. Fuimos en navidad y como estaba fresco no tuvimos la necesidad de utilizar el aire acondicionado y no nos excedimos del límite de uso energético. Pero si te excedes hay una tarifa que Carlos el dueño de antemano te deja saber para que estés pendiente del uso y puedas calcular lo que tendrías que pagar adicional por el consumo de energía que sobrepase lo incluido en el contrato.

Recomendamos este hermoso apartamento y de regresar a Playa del Carmen definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos en el!

Absolutely Fantastic!

The condo was the perfect base for our holiday. The rooms were even bigger than we anticipated, particularly the lounge area. Really clean and comfortable. WiFi was consistently quick. The block of condos are extremely secure with security and reception staff on the door 24/7 - they're all extremely friendly and helpful.

Location absolutely perfect - less than 5 minute walk to Wallmart, and 5th Avenue.

I can't praise the condo enough.

If we go back to Playa del Carmen we will definitely be staying here again.
