The property is not suited for individuals who can not swim including very small children.
The Twin Palms Neighborhood Association works closely with homeowners throughout this historic neighborhood to ensure a high quality of life is enjoyed by residents and guests. Additionally, the City of Palm Springs has a city wide noise ordinance, which is vigorously enforced. This ordinance forbids amplification of sound or music outside of household dwellings. Fines associated with noise ordinance violations range from $250 for the first offense to $500 for each successive offense. Guests staying at the home are advised to monitor and manage their noise levels so not to create a nuisance as they will be held responsible for fines and fees associated with any citations issued during their tenancy.
