3BR, 3 Full Baths, (Sleeps 8/10) Family-Owned home

We have Air Conditioning, which is huge in late summer & early fall

We've put a lot of thought into our 2009 custom-build, we focused on the details, and designed it for families or couples!

There are two units in this building. Ours has the following layout. The first floor is a great room that opens up to the patio (it is pretty awesome), the patio is also NOT shared, it's yours! The first floor also 1 bedroom with a queen and one bath on the first floor (perfect for those who don't like stairs). Up one flight of stairs is the "kids" room with two full bunk beds and a full trundle, this room has a full bathroom attached. Finally, the master which is set up for a couple and has an attached bath with walk-in closet--see photos for details. The unit above is currently occupied by one gentlemen. He is mellow, and there have no been problems at all.

*Our Parking can technically fit 2 mini-van sized vehicles, however it is really tight on the sides. Smaller compact styles fit the width much better. Any Suburban size truck will not fit. Please see photo with dimensions of the parking spot.

* Entertain in our living room that was designed as a “great room” which opens up into the expansive patio area with full BBQ and outdoor furniture.

* Bask in the secluded beaches of South Mission, near the Volleyball Courts

* Relax while watching our flat screen TV, listen to music, or rest on our comfy couch, all the amenities of a nice home!

* Move into the large private patio from our great room by way of sliding glass doors, which creates an open-feel to the home.

* Recharge your batteries while barbecuing, relaxing on the patio, or even take an outdoor shower after an ocean dip!

* Enjoy our fully updated kitchen with most everything you’d need –stainless appliances & granite counter tops

* Feel good about the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower—this is unique to find in MB

* Clean, well-kept court, centrally located (close enough to walk to shops/restaurants)

*We provide basic beach gear: Chairs & Umbrella

*Condo is located in South Mission—on the bay side, see map for exact location, and come drag your towel to the bay or beach!

About Owner/Manager

I’m a third generation native San Diegan who grew up enjoying the summer months in our Mission Beach beach house. My wife and I have four young boys ages 2-8 years old and we live in neighboring La Jolla, CA. We hope you find our family beach house warm, welcoming and enjoyable!

Why Owner/Manager chose Mission Beach

My grandfather picked this lot back in 1937 due to its convenient location to the general store, and more importantly, the spectacular location of the most wide open, least crowded, tranquil beach and bay access in Mission Beach!

What makes this condo unique

Indoor/outdoor living space. Open great room and kitchen. Washer and dryer. Close proximity to general store and restaurants. Our area is host to the least crowded and most peaceful beach and bays in Mission Beach (away from crowded Belmont and Jetty parking lots).

The house was clean, had pretty much everything we needed.

Amazing location

The home is located between two beaches and is walking distance to the park as well. The house itself is set up for larger families to be comfortable. They have lots of beach equipment available to use and most all kitchen ware you might want. My family and I totally recommend this property!!

Beautiful mission beach property

Perfect Getaway!

Great for beach vacation!

Stayed here with family and hosted Thanksgiving with a bunch of other family members. It was a great house with plenty of room. Kitchen is large and well-stocked. It is a couple of blocks each from the ocean and the bay. Overall, a great stay!

Fabulous location and beautiful warm, cozy place!

805 Deal Ct is a great place to vacation. Everything you need is available and if not, it’s a one minute walk around the corner to the marketplace.

Mission beach has so much to do for all ages and it’s all close to this vacation home! I highly recommend this vacation home. Great floor plan and layout!
